"Mr. Rema arrived on time Sunday morning to update my water heater. He installed an expansion tank, duct work and replacing the piping to the thermostat on the water heater. He did an excellent job and took his time. Mr. Rema also went to the local hardware store twice to pick up the material that was needed. The only reason I didn't give him an A was because he quoted me a price at the beginning and then went done on the price and then tried to go back up to the original quoted price. After talking with him he decided to keep the price at the lower amount that he quoted."

"Clayton was understanding of the emergency of replacing the water service pipe since we were without water for several days. I was charged less than some of his competitors might have done. In this emergency situation he was very reasonable, he was reliable and on time and he completed the work in one day. Clayton brought a young man with him to repave the concrete sidewalk and his work was also blemish free. Clayton addressed my question and concerns in a professional manner!"

"Kan and Puia arrived the same day as my call and completed an evaluation of services needed, in my case mostly a replacement hot water heater. "Beacon Customer Service was prompt at scheduling a plumber and following up on my questions. Eric the plumber gave me lots of great information about the type of pipes and the issue I was having. The repair went well too. However, the price was higher (nearly $200 more) than other plumbing companies. After the service manager reviewed the repair, he decided to charge me the lesser price."
