The window had to be special ordered because it's not a size currently mass produced. .Nestor, the handyman, kept us aware of the delivery schedule and installed the window on the first date we had available. "Outstand service. Installation of a cooling unit in a wine cellar. Quite complicated and the tech Chris Grothe had to improvise to as it was replacing a different kind of unit. Very profession, very safe and very careful in all of his work. Cleaned up after he was done. (cleaner than when he arrived). Workmanship was perfect. Would definated use them for all future jobs and would ask for Chris."

"Bobby Nesbitt is a pro and did an excellent job. He knows what he is doing and reinstalled 16 mini blinds for me after I had new windows in my home. He knew exactly how to install the blinds in the new window space. I hope to have him do small and large construction projects for me in the future. Bobby Nesbitt is the best."

"Thomas M was an excellent technician and did great work fixing all the basement windows around the house. These windows are difficult to find a replacement but he was able to repair and repaint them. The other technician was Pablo He worked on caulking all the windows around the house and he did some filling work on the garage sliding doors You did a good job, but Pablo left his trash around and didn’t pick up after himself so Thomas M and I did that on the third day. It took three days total, but it was two men for two days and one man for a 3/4 of a day actually. Although I’ll probably get charged for a full day, since it went past noon. The labor portion is the most expensive and a little higher than I initially anticipated. So, I was hoping for a quicker turnaround, but overall quality work was completed. I would highly recommend Thomas M as a technician to do future work. He’s very knowledgeable, friendly and does a great job. I would hire again but include more details in the contract language."

"This wasn’t the first time I used Vazquez & Son. In 2014, they expanded my closet and built custom doors for it. Luis and his team are alway nice, attentive to detail, and leave the work area clean. So, when my bathroom ceiling was torn up to repair a leak I called him immediately to repair and get my bathroom back in order. In fact I had them repaint the whole thing and it looks great. I’m writing this review a year later because once again I have an emergency repair need (broken bay window) and once again Vazquez & Son are to the rescue! I had been traveling out of the country and a guest using my place broke the window. From the airport, on a Sunday morning, I texted Luis a picture of the window and he responded within 10 mins. It is great to have a reliable responsive handyman/construction service provider when you need one. Not all my projects are big money, but it’s my home (1 bedroom apartment) and having things done right matters to me.
