He recommended a new timer (which he taught me how to use), new water valves and a better drainage cover. He took out my old lawn (what there was left of it), graded the dirt for best drainage, put on fertilizer and finished the sprinklers. When all this was accomplished, he put in fresh, excellent quality tall fescue sod. Luis came out several times to check on the sprinkler coverage and selected the watering timing that he recommended. He responded to my every concern and I am pleased to say that I love the results of my new, luscious lawn. He was expensive, but his services are worth the price."
