but they called to see if they could come two days earlier than scheduled.  They arrived on time, cut the concrete,
removed the root infested 80-foot drain and replaced it with a new system.  Frank, the owner, managed his crew of
workers throughout the entire process and ensured that I inspected the work
during the repair and again after completion before I made the final
payment.  Furthermore, Frank assisted me in obtaining a tree removal company that removed the tree that
caused the root infestation. This is exactly the way excellent home repairs

"John arrived exactly when he said he would.  He helped us finish covering our paver driveway and dumped 15 c ubic yards of gorilla hair mulch on it.  It took up the space John said it would.  The gorilla hair mulch was a very good quality, much better than other gorilla hair mulch we had seen.  We were very pleased with John's service and will use him again if we need other products he carries.

I honestly recommend Ezra and his team of plumbers, because he his honesty and integrity, qualities that are sadly hard to find these days! Ezra was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the tankless water heater system that we installed, and he was kind enough to come over and take a look at our new unit after it was installed and to check with us that the monthly bills came down as well. In addition to that, Ezra installed our new tankless water heater with the remote control that connects outside the tankless water heater. Because the remote control was not waterproof and if it will be installed inside the water heater, it would short circuit if it got wet enough. Thank you Ezra for going above and beyond for a "customer" who didn't even get to use you! Much appreciated. I will definitely be using Landmark construction energy crew to service my new tankless water heater when it needs it!"

"We are delighted with the work done by Modern Home Remodeling, to install a classy tiled shower, repaint the interior and replace carpets. Their project manager clearly listened to our needs and wants = to freshen rather than redesign, to keep the oak vanities and good-condition countertops, to correct small “problems” that we’d lived with for decades, and to focus on changes that we’ll enjoy in the ten years that we still plan to live in this home. The tiled shower transformed the shower experience, brought spaciousness to a small room, and was done by an accommodating and experienced crew. The project manager expedited the schedule, committing to a start date of February 20 but beginning the work a month earlier and finishing by February 28, 2023. He brought tile and carpet samples to the house, that both followed the earth tones in our home and created a light pattern-rich tiled shower. Our disruption and moving of personal items was minimized as the painting was done in four days and was followed three days later by a one-day carpet installation. Overall, this remodeling brought us upgrades that we already enjoy, a month of amicable and focused contractors, and efficient planning and execution by Modern Home Remodeling and its subcontractors.
