He did not have the intake filter with him so he offered to come back and install it, this was not part of the original deal. "Excellent service! We scheduled Plumbing Plus to replace the hot and cold cartridge's in a sink faucet and a tub pop-up drain and overflow gasket. Jared N. quickly assessed the problems. The faucet was so corroded with water deposits that it could not be dismantled to simply replace the hot and cold cartridge's. So Jared replaced the entire faucet with a high quality replacement. After the tub pop-up drain was replaced, Jared checked for leaks by looking in a 'trap door' in the ceiling below the tub that was left after the tub was replaced in an earlier remodel. Jared discovered that the entire tub drain was leaking and need to be replaced, which he did. He also corrected a problem with the drain pipe left from the previous remodel. Although the job was much more complex than expected, Jared was professional, efficient, and extremely cheerful throughout . We highly recommend Jared and Plumbing Plus"

"1) The heating tech immediately found the air filter needed to be replaced; he replaced it and problem was solved. 2) The plumber (Dane) checked the many items on the maintenance check list including adjusting the water pressure. We skipped the water heater flush because we replaced it. After I replaced the soaked drywall, Dane returned to install water heater. Everyone at Tarpy was very pleasant and agreeable to work with, and I had confidence in the techs who seemed very knowledgeable. I marked "PRICE" as "N/A" because everything these days seems expensive to me, and I did not compare their prices with other companies to know what standard prices are."

"Showed up on time and got right to work.  Took them one and a half days, and I had water service overnight.  Vazgen and Arsho are hard workers, amiable but keep working, pay attention to what they're doing, and clean up before leaving.  Not that I will...but if I ever  had another plumping issue I would call them back.  Sot instead I'll just recommend them.

"The final result was good, no complaints.  My only criticism is that they were very hard to get ahold of via telephone.  Their phone number kept responding with "This line does not accept calls."  I had to track down the owner via the California contractors license board, and then do an online search for his private number.  On the PLUS side, even though they informed me in advance that the water-heaters were back-ordered and rescheduled my appointment a week (no problem for me), when my water heater suddenly sprang a leak, they located a water heater and came two days later and replaced it, for the coupon price.  So: Kudos for effort and responsiveness, razzies for having technical difficulties with their phone system.  Hopefully they've resolved their phone difficulties.  They were very nice on the phone, once I tracked them down!"
