"Great service, I called and they were onsite same day to repair our GE fridge. The man who came knew his stuff (he was a 'fridge whisperer'!), was well presented, courteous and was in and out of our house in under an hour with the fridge repaired on the spot! Couldn't ask for better. :) My only complaint is that I was charged over $400 to replace a $90 part (I checked the manufacturer's website). Over $300 for less than an hour of labor - that seems a little over the top!"

They said they couldn't repair the portable one (#2) I'd been using. I wanted the new one to go in the living room where the original one was, but they said it was going to be a problem to wire it there. I reluctantly agreed to have the new thermostat put it in the kitchen, which is not as convenient. The technicians and the owner were very polite and respectful. I was given a discount as compensation for the problems. I have an annual contract with Scott, and I have generally been pleased with their service. They can be counted on to come promptly, be polite, and clean up afterwards. I can't evaluate their price, as I didn't do comparison shopping."
