"I would rate Johns Small Jobs more than five stars if I could. Previously being a manager for a large corporation I look for certain things before hiring a person for a job. Professionalism is the very first thing and John and his team were just that. Communication was great as well as all the work that was done. We needed a sink to be put in we were given an estimation for that. Upon installing the sink there were some pipes that needed to be repaired. The project cost a little more than we were expecting because of the pipework but John was absolutely wonderful for working with us the way he did when it came time to pay. I want to thank John and his team I highly recommend them to anyone that needs a job done. The sink project is done, on to the next, I will be seeing you guys soon."

He ran into a problem with existing porch when he he tore out existing porch and gave me an option on how to repair and what it would cost him to fix it. It was fair . He worked all day for 4 days and the job is very well done. I will use him again for other work on my house. It is an old building and is always in need of repair.
