"I hired Quality Custom Construction to insulate the crawl attic space that was attached to my daughters room. Her room had been cold and unbearable. Within an hour of Brian and his team finishing the job, my daughters room was warm and comfortable the way a child's room should be. He removed all the excess waste that had been in the attic prior and left nothing for me to clean after he was done. I was beyond impressed by the professionalism and knowledge that Brian and his team brought to this project. He explains what he is doing and why. He loves what he does and you can tell by the workmanship and care. I don't normally write reviews but this was a must. I will never need to look for another business and neither do you. If you are looking for a reputable company that carries honesty and excellent work value as their staple then Quality Custom Construction is it hands down."

"Great experience! Work crew, Jose and partner knew exactly what to do. Arrived on time, did the repair and cleaned up. Great job and great work ethic. Definitely would hire again!! Five Star all the way!"

"Herling Castro of AC Renovations was the pro I hired to repair a piece of siding that came off my house. He contacted me early and came over right away. The same day I asked for help. He was very professional and courteous. The cost was very reasonable and he also did some extra work on my gutters that was not in my initial request. I highly recommend this professional for any home repairs you may have."

"Excellent work, done in a timely manner. Would definitely hire again."

"They took all all to do the work and after they left and I looked at the job they did it was sloppy at best.I requested they come back and redo some of their sloppy and careless work, However the repair of the water damage was good."

"I was very pleased. Added bonus: they power washed the railings and my garage doors. Very professional and neat."

"As usual, Alan showed up as scheduled and did a thorough walk-around to detail the work that needed to be done. Candi had the contract done the next morning and the carpenters showed up two days later as promised. Bucky and Max worked a full day and did a great job. They not only fixed the superficial rotted wood, but went down to the support structure and made repairs. They used good quality materials and were very happy to explain to me how they were making the repairs. The porches are on a Victorian Style house and they were able to make the repairs while maintaining the decorative style. Bucky's skill and workmanship really came through on the work done on the front porch. Max really did a great job replacing the shakes and fascia boards on the back porch. He also did a nice job replacing the outside door to the basement. This was a professional and quality job through and through."

"In short, I was extremely pleased with the knowledge, pricing, and communication from J & K Cozy Living. They were very organized and clean. Most importantly, they are attentive to details. I’m looking forward to working with them in future! I highly recommend them!!!"
