"Chris was informative, knowledgeable and very thorough and got the job done the same day which I really needed. I am very happy with the job he has done and would recommend this company and Chris again. Thank you StratCo Plumbing, and a huge thank you Chris."

"They did some install work for me at a very reasonable price, with very good quality. I had them out later for an unrelated leak, and again it was completed in a very timely manner at a reasonable price. The technician Brian had to crawl around in my very tight 1965 crawl space and was super friendly and competent both times. I will definitely use them again if I have any plumbing issues. I highly, highly recommend them."

"The service I received was exemplary other than a delay imposed by the Labor Day holiday weekend. I had detected a potential leak in the water line to the house after noticing a portion of my lawn was saturated. I called the leak in on Thursday morning before the Labor Day weekend, and Mathew Thatcher arrived within two hours. He cut off the water and spent the next few hours tracing water and sewage lines into the house and detecting the probable source of the leak. He went out of his way to minimize the potential cost of this tracing operation. In addition he performed a number of minor interior repairs that I had delayed performing. These included replacement of a rusting garbage disposal and repair of a recently developed toilet leak. My only possible caveat was the fact that the full repair could not be done until the following Tuesday. However, we got by turning the main water line on and off (using a key loaned to us by Mr. Thatcher) when water was needed. The leak was repaired on Tuesday after ripping up a small portion of the driveway and replacing a cracked plastic connector (undoubtedly an earlier repair to the line done many years ago) with copper piping, installing a sewer line clean out and water line cut off inside the house and repairing the driveway. I would like to particularly single out Mr. Thatcher for his helpfulness, complete explanations of potential problems and options at each step of the way, and focus on finding the least expensive method of completing an inevitably costly repair."

"The work that was performed was satisfactory. The water pressure in both sinks is now much better. However, technically, only the kitchen sink had any billable work done on it where a stop valve was replaced on the hot water line. After replacing the stop valve and turning it back on, the hot water still did not work properly. It took some additional cleaning out of the faucet and lines before the hot water worked satisfactorily. Because of this, it made me wonder if the stop valve was really the problem or not. The sink in the half bath was examined and I was told that a new cartridge was needed. After leaving and indicating that they had visited two supply houses, the plumber's returned and said the particular cartridge was not available. Since we did not desire to install a new faucet, the original cartridge was replaced and the plumbers left with the stop valves to the sink turned off. I turned them on later just to see what would happen and the water worked just fine again. We did have to return the items that were removed by the plumbers for access from under both sinks ourselves after they left."

"Needed to replace 20 year old leaky faucet. Purchased a new faucet thinking I'd replace it myself. At the same time Angie's List had a Big Deal I couldn't refuse. American Freedom Plumbing, Matt Vaughn was the plumber, was right on time and installed the new fixture in under 2 hours. He had to replace some of the drain pipe and provided new supply connection lines. He did this at no charge! Matt also gave me some good advice on some toilets I want to replace. I plan on replacing 2 toilets and the remaining 3 bathroom sink fixtures and will definitely be looking for American Freedom Plumbing to this work for me. Hopefully I can purchase another Big Deal!

"They service was good, don't have any problems, and really good communication. I will continue using them."

"Great! Plumber used shoe coverings and was super polite. The job needed a part replaced in the tank, the part was on the truck and was installed quickly. Will definitely use this company again!"

"The sink installation was seamless. I initially purchased the wrong size sink for my countertop. They worked with me to get me back on the schedule once my new sink arrived. James, the plumber, took no time to install the sink. He even installed a new faucet with no additional charge. I haven't had any problems since installation. I highly recommend."

"Jean Claude came to provide me a quote for my master bathroom.  He was thorough and detailed in what his quote would cover.  I was remodeling on a budget so he listened to me and did not try to push anything that I didn't want or something that would exceed my budget.  When I would request something outside of our agreed upon plans, he told me exactly what it would cost before he started so that I was not surprised.  He and his fantastic team came and worked diligently and professionally.  When my tile supplier had problems delivering the tile on time, Jean Claude worked around the delay and when I decided to change the tile because of the timing issues, he was ready to start when I called.  My bathroom floor was less than level to say the least but the team worked hard at leveling the floor to place the 12x24 inch tiles.  It looks beautiful.   I even had another part of my house where the shoe molding was missing because of a flooding issue I had earlier that year.  Jean Claude said that the previous contractor should have replaced those immediately and was upset that the molding was not fixed originally.   He fixed it for me at no cost.  The whole team really has a great work ethic.  They did a wonderful job and I would hire them again.

"Phoenix plumbing was an awesome experience from getting the quote to performing the service. I was very impressed during the quote process. The plumber, Matt, listened very well to our needs and gave us a great description of what are options are and limitations to each one. You know that feeling when a Dr rushes you in and out and doesn't really address your concerns or questions? Well that certainly wasn't the case here. He even asked questions I didn't think to ask and in doing so made the process of installation painless eith 0 suprises."
