The owner, Donald Rogerson, assessed the situation and, unlike the other contractors, provided me with options for replacement of the water heater. He was intelligent, knowledgeable and courteous. On the day of installation, he completed the work in an efficient and professional manner. Donald is the ultimate professional!"

"I ended up having a traditional hot water heater installed instead of the tankless due to cost ($3000.) $1185 was the total. They removed and disposed of my old hot water heater and installed a new tank with expansion tank and valve in 2 .5 hours. The tech, Jason, arrived a few minutes early, was very professional and courteous and did a great job. This was a great company to do business with and I will hire them in the future for my plumbing needs."

The plumbing technician came out to evaluate the work to be done. He was very knowledgeable and said I would need an electrician. The electrician came the following day and explained in detail the work he needed to do. The following day both the electrician and the plumbing tech came together and installed the tankless water heater. I was very pleased with their work and professionalism. "I had a hot water heater replaced. My old one was a out 18 urs old. The team came out and replaced with a new Bradford White tank. Great job and left everything neat and clean as they found it. Very professional and the pricing was more than competitive ."

"When I called for service, it was apparent to me that the unit needed coolant (R410A). The representative on the phone described a few issues that might be the problem and scheduled an appointment for a technician to confirm/deny these theories. I was given a 2.5 hour window, and the technicians arrived in the first half of that window. Despite the fact that R410A leaks are often easier to find than freon leaks, this one wasn't easy to find. However, the technicians persisted and finally found it.
Unfortunately, the part that was leaking and needed replacing was almost as expensive as simply replacing the outdoor unit (and once you added the labor, it would have been more expensive than replacement). I was fairly certain that my system was out of warranty (I couldn't remember when I had it installed) and the lead technician made a couple calls to confirm this. He then called the office and got a quote for a new outdoor unit, noting that the indoor unit would need no maintenance or alteration, despite the fact that the new unit would be a different brand.
Unfortunately, I'm not able to handle the cost of a new unit right now, but if/when I am, I'll be calling Dayco to put it in.
