"I felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman when reviewing the product. After agreeing to make the purchase and the order was placed, there was no customer service. It took almost two weeks to get the shower installed. The installer was well mannered and it appears to be a good installation and he cleaned up any mess. There has been no follow up to see if I am pleased with the installation."

"They did a great job of repairing the roof and supporting structure. They replaced the roof with a better material, and made the supporting structure even stronger than before.
