"I hired Patrick for a kitchen remodel. I needed the existing cabinets, sink, countertop, and tile removed. The space prepared for a new sink cabinet and a new wall cabinet to replace the existing cabinets. I first met Patrick and knew that I would like working with him. His estimate came in, and that sealed it. Patrick did an amazing job!!! He installed the new cabinets, countertop, some tile work, lighting, some new outlets and a new sink and garbage disposal. He did an amazing job on all of it!!! A great job on the electrical, plumbing, tile, framing in the wall for the new cabinet and replacing the existing sink cabinet, drywall, and preparing the new walls for final paint for me. Patrick had really great suggestions on materials and things that just made sense as we went along. He also was really open to my suggestions and changes as the project progressed. Not only is he a great contractor and amazing at what he does, he's a really kind person. It was a pleasure to have Patrick in my home for the project, and we had many great conversations and he is just a really good person. The project came in on time and UNDER budget! Well, a little over the original budget, but that was my fault because I added things like a garbage disposal, extra outlets, tile work, etc... But definitely under budget for all the work he did. I would hire Patrick again, for sure. I wish I could upload photos of my before and after. Great work Patrick!! Oh, and during COVID times, Patrick always had a mask on while working and I appreciate that."

"After speaking with the broker I was left thinking the vehicle would be delivered in FL in about 3 days or so which is how long it takes me to drive. It took a week during which I was unable to contact the company for updates during the weekend and had to extend my car rental. It was picked up in RI only one day beyond the target date. I paid an extra charge for expedited service but it turns out expedited refers to targeted pick up date; not delivery date which is in the fine print but not in telephone conversations. The driver was very careful with the car and very courteous."

He arrived, looked things over, and then went out to purchase lumber that that he needed for the new mailbox. He did it all in 3.5 hours. I called Mick and he was able to squeeze in this work quickly to beat my carpet installers. I really appreciated his prompt service and high quality work! "After having Gordon help us with the remodel of our staircases (we had new floors put in and needed to replace and match the stair wood to the floor), I cannot speak more highly of him as a person and as a craftsman. He was in our home nearly daily for over a month and I can speak to the quality of work he does and the quality of a person he is. He is extremely detail oriented, thorough, knowledgeable, experienced and truly cares about the work he does. <br /> After meticulous measurements and helping us order the proper wood to replace all of our stair parts, he proceeded to install the new parts and coordinate with our floor installer (Tim Webster - also a fantastic craftsman) regarding the staining and finishing of the wood. I truly feel he treated the job just like it was his own home. He even pointed out that one of the posts we purchased appeared to have cracked and recommended that we get it replaced despite the fact that this would likely delay the job (and make it more difficult for him to finish and proceed to his next job)--I have a strong suspicion other people would have not be willing to take the delay and would have just installed it anyway and kept us in the dark. <br /> He is a wonderful person and really was never a bother despite being in our house near daily for about a month. Some could argue that he works slowly, but if you see the quality and care he puts into his work, I think it's pretty evident that it's worth it. <br /> His schedule is often quite tight as he does the work himself, so if you have a stair project, I recommend you talk to him as soon as possible. <br />"

"We contacted them and they repaired the hole and also put in a drain tile.  There was a question about whether there was another source of water leak and they came back to test the integrity of our foundation and found that everything was ok.  <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Sometimes there was a delay in getting a call back from them and a delay in having them come to do the work.  When they did come, the work was done well."

"Paul, and all of the folks at Blue Terra were absolute gentlemen. They make amazing cabinets and the finished product is a great thing to behold. I requested, and received local Wisconsin cherry wood cabinets, made to custom specifications. The cabinets have a soft close feature that makes for an extremely nice kitchen and holds a tremendously high personal value for me. Beyond cabinets, there were some project difficulties that stemmed from such a large effort. The overall responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism are dropped to a B due to several challenges. Here are the big "Buts". 1. The project began in March of 2016, and wasn't finalized until September 2016. I expected a long project due to a full kitchen remodel with many complexities, but there were several unfortunate hold-ups which included the countertop contractor (Cambria - Not Blue Terra), and the hunt for a Painter (I wound up contracting my neighbor). 2. It was very difficult to get all teams to meet and agree on a single unified project list that provided a comprehensive picture of the required work. A general kitchen remodel checklist would have been tremendously helpful and it seemed impossible to know all major steps along the way without several conversations. 3. Division of responsibility was commonly misplaced, and several physical details were missed. Who does the drywall patching? Who does the initial sheetrock placement? The cabinet depth requires movement of a recessed can light. The number of drawer pulls was mis-ordered/mis-counted. Though these areas represented issues, this is only dropped to a B because Paul and his team regularly went above and beyond to correct the issue if it was present. Even if an issue took a bit of time to correct, it was always corrected. When I walked through the process with Paul, after the install, he took my feedback with professionalism and a high level of regard for improving his business for any future project. If I could do it all again, I definitely would."
