"We used Frey to demolish a double story wooden deck and replace with composite as well as build a screened in porch, replace windows, and remove a door and replace with windows. They did an AMAZING job!!! Everyone we worked with was great. They were extremely knowledgeable, very responsive, and definitely knew their trade. They provided great recommendations, while still giving ample (but not too ample to get bogged down) choice as to what materials, fixtures, look, etc we wanted. Kyle Schluter in particular was phenomenal to work with. He helped us create a design that we loved before we embarked on construction and then made sure that we were happy and comfortable with the project and progress every step of the way. In addition to Kyle we worked with 2 primary guys - Ben and Joe on construction who were fantastic. They were always very considerate, fun to work with, fast, and did a great job with their craft. The whole team made the process as painless as it could be with minimal disruption to our every day lives. There was never a dumpster in our yard (they hauled away trash and debris daily), and minimal setup that stayed in our yard and garage over night. They also were very fast-from start to finish it took about a month but most of the construction was done in 2-3 weeks. We love the final product and would highly recommend to anyone looking for any type of deck, screened in porch construction, or window replacement."

"He was very honest and upfront and said may be 6-8 weeks before could do the roof when awarded work as was very busy. After calling on 10/2 to get update on when might do he ended up being able to do it yesterday or less than 4 weeks. I was very impressed they did job for price and in one day with full tear off finding no nails or anything left laying on ground. He is very honest person with hard working crew and was less expensive than anyone else. I could tell right away he was honest person which is so very important when getting work done on your home. The overall quality of his work is very....very..... good for a very fair price. You might find another roofing company that may get graded excellent on overall quality but you will also be paying three to five thousand dollars more for this same job."

"It went very well. We had some issues with our roof leaking and couldn't find the source or correct the problem. It is an older roof with a few layers of shingles, but we can't afford to replace it quite yet. The owner and one of his employees stopped by and did a thorough inspection of the roof for us and found the main problem. They suggested a quick and dirty fix to immediately remedy the problem until we could afford to replace the roofing. Overall, helpful advice and a great job finding the issue.

"We had a leaky roof that shingles were not going to fix. We decided on a metal roof, but couldn't get anyone else to come out and give us a bid. Metal Roofing systems saw our urgency and came out right away. They did an excellent job on the roof. It's held up well with this hard winter and a brief thaw. The only issue I had was the price. After the fact, I've found other roofers that would have done our whole house for less than it cost to do over one room and the porch. It's hard when you are in a hurry to get something done and other contractors won't come out to give an estimate. We love our metal roof!!"

"Team of 7 or 8 roofers arrived promptly as scheduled along with their gear and dumpster. They worked steadily and seemed very efficient.  Everyone worked on the tear-off until they had removed enough for some of the men to start working on protruding staples/nails.  As soon as enough area of that had been done, some started on the re-roof.  As the tear-off was completed and then the nails/staples were completed, more guys moved to the next phase until all were roofing.  Seemed as though everyone knew his task  and what to do next.  Much to my surprise, work really was almost done in one day.  It started to sprinkle in the late afternoon.  There was about 2 square feet of shingles left to lay, which was completed quickly. They packed up their equipment and spent time making sure all trash had been picked up.
Two or maybe three guys returned the next morning to finish flashing around the chimney and a couple of odds and ends.
Dumpster was removed promptly.
New gutters and gutter covers were installed  the next day.
Replacing the rotted fascia board was missed in the work.  I called about it and the work was done promptly, and the way I wanted.
We are very pleased with the work that was done.  House looks good and the gutter covers work.  The price was reasonable, not the most expensive and not the cheapest.  Worth what we paid.

"In short order it was obvious that they knew what they were doing. They replaced the damaged wood. Sealed the opening and reinstalled the skylight. They then further sealed the skylight and replaced the shingles. I feel very confident that it will not leak again. Besides their excellent work, they showed up when they said they would and kept me informed about scheduling. I highly recommend them and I'm getting my list ready for them to do next spring."
