"I liked the man who gave the estimate. but the estimate was so ridiculously high I did not hire them"

"Dustin and his team were EXCELLENT! He was a great communicator and always replied quickly to any question that I had. He showed up every day and they always worked for a full day! They began and finished the project in the promised time frame. When there were changes to the project he adjusted the needed materials list and his team adjusted to the scope of the project without spiking the cost of the bid. The finish product was FANTASTIC! I would hire him again for any project that we are working on! (His team did demolition of 700sqft, framing, insulation of cinderblock walls, textured and smooth sheetrock installed and finished.)"

"Overall it was great. They didn’t do a few jobs that were listed on the work order and one of the jobs was something I really needed done. I took their survey and told them but have not had any response."

"Great work, worth every pennie"

"Fabulous Floors did a great job installing engineered hardwood flooring in our condo. The job was completed on schedule and Roberto was great to work with. The floors look Fabulous!"

"Tanner did beautiful work in my bathroom not only with the shower but with the floor as well I was very pleased with his quality of craftsmanship would highly recommend!!"

"I found Floors by James on Angies List and selected based on the reviews. Before the install, James came for measurements.  He arrived, showed me his certifications, explained the process, and took measurements.  While I had him measure other areas of my home, I indicated to him that I would split the work into several jobs  - he had no problem with this.  Since I planned to install wood plank style tile, I made sure that we discussed the layout - in my research, I liked the random layout the best.  We agreed that this would be the style used for the install.  James sent his estimate and we later agreed on an install date for the first section.  The estimate included taking up and disposal of the carpet which was being replaced.  He also provided me details on materials to purchase (amount of tile, mortar, and grout).

James was there through the entire install.  He was very meticulous about the placement of the tiles to ensure they lined up.  He had a helper who did some tile laying, but mostly kept the materials close by while he worked.  The first two days were spent setting tile with the third and last day for grout.  James is very personable - several times during the install, I would ask him how things were and details on his technique.  He was more than willing to share while he worked. After living with the current installation for a few months, I plan to call him back for the next section."

"None of the other companies I contacted could schedule the job for weeks. Some did not call back, or show up to give an estimate when they said they would. Edwin at O'Franco came by when he said he would; provided a firm estimate and installed the gutters within a few days. Looks great. They did an excellent job for a fair price and showed up when they said they would. Very professional. I highly recommend them."

"We recently had laminate flooring installed by D&R Flooring, and the entire experience was outstanding! From start to finish, their team was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They helped us choose the perfect laminate style for our space and made sure every detail was just right. The installation went smoothly and was completed faster than expected. The craftsmanship is excellent—clean lines, no gaps, and it looks absolutely beautiful. They also left the area spotless, which we really appreciated. If you’re looking for high-quality flooring and great customer service, we highly recommend D&R Flooring!"

"Cheyne and his crew did an excellent job on my home. After having to let go of a previous construction company, Double Down came in and saved the project and time line. I will never use anyone but them again! Thank you guys!!"
