From the very first call through the day of completion was a first class experience, and we could not be happier with the entire process. The day I called Ted for an estimate, he was able to come and provide detailed recommendations and pricing. His formal written estimate was exactly what he described in person earlier that day. He got us scheduled quickly, and worked with us on questions and design elements in the days leading up to the job. AND guess what ! He showed up on time or even a few minutes early each day to begin work. And WORK HE DID ! He quickly set up and protected our floors all the way to outside the house. He worked Clean, fast, and efficiently. Each day he explained what would be completed that day, and he always accomplished what he said he would. "Road Runner called us immediately after submitting the request on Home Advisor and they were at our house within two hours. Our water heater was leaking and they said it couldn’t be repaired and must be replaced. They were able to complete the job the same day and the service technicians were very friendly. The only issue is that it was quite a bit more expensive than I expected. We got a 40 gallon Bradford White Defender installed with a pressure pump and the total cost with tax was $2600. Labor was well over half of the total which seemed excessive, but we were in a pinch so we agreed. Everything else was great."

He came back a few days later to address a whistle noise (fixed with a larger gas line) and install recirculation line for instant hot water to back of house at no additional charge. I'd recommend Road Runner highly based on my experience."
