"When I called to get an estimate and set a time for the service Marty was able to give me a estimate from the description of the work with the approximate room measurement I provided. On the day of our appointment hey called to make sure it was alright to arrive 40 minutes early. The cleaning went very well, they were prompt, courteous, friendly, and hard working. We have a light colored carpet in the living room and hallway and there were several bad dark stains that we had tried to get up with over-the-counter products with no success. Every one of the stains was removed during their cleaning. Throughout the process they asked for feedback on the results to make sure we were satisfied and the actual cost was $50.00 less than what was quoted on the phone. "When first contacted for a bid on the work, Done Done Services was prompt in providing the estimate. Initially my elderly Mother-in-Law did not want to deal with moving out furniture and elected to do the minimum necessary to repair the damage. Once the work began, however, it was evident that more work needed to be done to correctly repair the damage. Pat Freilinger, the owner, and the assigned workman, Chris, convinced my Mother-in-Law that they should do what was necessary to do the job right. In the end Chris did a fantastic job removing wall paper in the entire room, repairing plaster, sealing cracks, and painting the room. The work was done on a timely basis and the end result was fantastic. Both Chris and Pat kept us informed of the progress and Chris helped my Mother-in-Law put the room back together when all of the work was finished. "Josh was great to work with. Our biggest concern about installing hardwood floors was our lack of experience. We needed to work with someone who could guide us through the process, not just give us a list of materials and tell us it was 'personal preference'. Josh is personable and seemed happy to visit with us about why people choose the various woods and stains that they choose. He made a recommendation of what he would do, and we went with it. The floor looks amazing! We were surprised at the low price, given the amount of area we covered (the entire second floor of our house except bathrooms). We wanted to get moved into the house as soon as possible and Josh and his partner worked late into the night to get it done ahead of schedule. "I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured.
