I found that United Freight's rates were extremely competitive and were one of the very few companies that could guarantee a three-window in which the vehicle would be shipped. Their online tools could use some updating but I got my down payment receipt and document copies all emailed to me which I appreciated. I would have liked a message letting me know they had picked up the vehicle, but the dealership let me know. I was notified when the delivery was an hour away and when they arrived at my location. Overall, I wanted an insured company that could safely transport my vehicle in a timely manner and they did exactly that. My car was scratch-free and looked flawless. "Louis and Glen are the best. They did a full remodel on our master bedroom and bathroom. This included turning flat ceiling into cathedral ceiling, new drywall and insulation, new wood and tile flooring, full closet reworking, new tub and sink, new bath tile, new windows, new mini-split a/c unit, new light fixtures, and new exterior siding. He gave us a timeframe, and sure enough, the project was finished up within that timeframe. No delays, no excuses. All the work is extremely high quality. We told Louis what we wanted, and he worked with us to make decisions that were reasonable for our space and within our price range. If one of our ideas wouldn't work, he'd take the time to explain why. He never tried to push us to anything more expensive than we wanted. He works with excellent electricians (Ray and Francis), excellent painters, excellent sheetrock guys, and excellent frameless shower installers. Throughout the work, Louis kept telling us that all he wanted for us was to have something that would be special for our family. That's exactly what he gave us. After the big bathroom/bedroom remodel, we've gone back to him again for an additional shower installation, some electrical work, and even some roofing. I would trust Louis with any project. Unlike other contractors that we spoke to, Louis is extremely responsive, punctual, professional, trustworthy, and courteous. Most contractors are flaky. Not Louis. He's easy to get a hold of, and he'll be there when he says he'll be there. If he does work for you, you will be his priority."

"The company did a great job. The owner was very informative when he came out to discuss what was needed.  His schedule was pretty busy so it took a couple of weeks to get on the calendar.  We have not had the insulation long enough to know how much it has helped but they did a great job installing it so I expect it to make a big difference.  The owner was on the job site the entire time supervising the 2 men that did the work.  He would ask me questions to make sure that they did it exactly like I would like.  It took them half a day to do the work but they arrived on time, if not a little earlier, then they stated they would be here.  Both of the owners were exceptionally friendly.  A pleasure to do business with!!! <br />"

"The project went very smoothly from beginning to end. Problems were handled quickly and efficiently. Jason (owner) arrived on time for the estimate, made suggestions when I told him what we wanted, and told us when to expect an estimate (by email). I was very impressed with his knowledge and his manner.  He explained everything clearly  including the possibility that a handicapped shower we wanted might not fit. I agreed to look at other possibilities. <br />      Estimate arrived on time and, because I was impressed with Jason and how he said the job would be handled, we gave him the job. When they arrived to begin working I explained that I had a very anxious dog that did not like strangers and that I would be leaving her when I left during the day. The crew assured me that they would watch out for dog and make sure she stayed in the house. After being there for a day and watching, I knew they would watch out for the dog. I was also impressed with the clean-up each day. It was great--you would never know they had been there. I had heard horror stories about remodeling but I was so impressed. We didn't even have any dust when the new Sheetrock was installed!  <br />      The whole job took three weeks-just what was projected.  David did most of it by himself and he did a wonderful job.If he didn't have something he needed he would go get it so no time would be lost.  He even had time to do a few added jobs-like installing a new garbage disposal.  The enormous molded handicapped shower was installed with lots of maneuvering and effort but it was installed beautifully.  Jason called us with any changes to the estimate so that we were not surprised when the final bill came. <br />      This job was handled  professionally and the crew was great--David even made friends with my dog! I will definitely use this company again!"
