"We recently had our siding done by Gunner Roofing and can’t say enough good things. We had our consultation with Andrew and he was honest, not pushy, and even enthusiastic about the project. He was patient and answered multiple rounds of questions to make us feel as comfortable and secure as possible. When we decided to give the siding project to them, they worked with us step by step. We received line item details, mock ups, and were even able to get their own personal/professional input on decisions. Andrew and Joe Massari went over the project with us multiple times to make sure we were comfortable. They stayed professional, reliable, and communicative during the whole process. Our Project Manager, Conor, kept open lines of communication and was honest about timelines, materials, etc.; nothing during this project was a surprise. Gabriel and his crew did absolutely amazing work, they were meticulous, precise, and clean. The whole team really took an out of box idea and delivered on it at 100%. I’m truly so lucky to have found this group and have already spoken to them about future projects. "Donnie gave me a free estimate to repair a water heater vent leak in my upper story roof. While he was on the roof, he noticed rain diverters that were improperly installed and could potentially cause damage and he noticed shingles that had been damaged by a tree limb. His price for the repair for all these problems was fair and reasonable. He returned my calls on time and came to make the repairs when he said he would. It took him several hours to complete the work and he provided me pictures of the completed repairs. The second story roof is a place I will never see. I appreciated the pictures. Has not rained since the vent repair but I do not expect it to leak. He gave me a warranty on his work. I would definitely call on Donnie Long again if I need roofing services. <br />"

"The service was outstanding! I can't remember the woman's name off the top of my head, but she talked us through how everything works and then gave us all of our options. She priced out multiple inserts so we would have an idea of what we were looking at. After shopping around for awhile we know that no one can beat their prices! Also other stores were reluctant to do multiple quotes as if there was not enough time for that. "Mark and his crew were great to work with.  They took off the screens on my gutters, cleaned the gutters out and put the screens back on.  They also put back two pieces of screen that had blown off and cleaned debris and sticks off my roof.  They raked up the mess that came out of the gutters.  All this only cost me $20!   Then I had them trim a large maple tree whose branches were hanging over my roof.  He took quite a bit off the tree and only charged me $50.00.  I couldn't believe how low his prices were.  They also did two roofs on my street and painted a house on a nearby street. Everyone on the job was very polite and referred  to me as "Maam".  I would use them again for any type of work."

"<p>We had a very bad communication problem.   I gave him a $600.00 deposit and he never got back to me except to tell me he would be there on Saturday(three Saturdays in a row) which he never showed.  He said he was having phone problems.  When he finally came his work was great.  He did everything I needed done and a little more. He dose very good work and I was very  happy with the results.  I think after this he will be better with his customer communication skills</p> <br />"

"Dan is very friendly and accommodating. He came out right away when initially contacted. The work took place during the off-season. On first inspection of completed work we noticed a mistake due to our mutual mis-communication (we are absentee owners which made it more difficult). Dan fixed this at minimal cost and the final product is excellent. I definitely recommend him - very high on the integrity scale! <br />"

From pictures sent via email, they helped me decide on size, and design elements and promptly sent me referrence since they reside outside my area. The item was made, shipped and damaged in transit and they took care of details of returning item to them, dealing wiht the insurance company, correcting the issue, keeping me up to date in the process and remaking the awning and getting it back to me. They supplied detailed instruction to my contractor for installation and were available via phone for consult during the process. I am very pleased."
