"Brandon and his team are absolutely amazing! He was the only landscaper that came out and actually listened to my vision without trying to change it. We initially hired him to do a few stone pony/retention walls in my backyard with some turf for my kids to have a safer play area (we have hills) and the workmanship was absolutely amazing! The work was so good that before he left I added a huge extra project to give me a rounded driveway and rip rap some areas in my front yard which again exceeded our expectations! Needless to say I’ve already contacted him to do a 3rd project at the house (he’s doing this as we can afford it) and I’m beyond excited to see the outcome. I had at least 5 other companies quote our project and his pricing was extremely fair and as I mentioned before, he will listen to you, work with your budget and exceed your expectations. Out of all the houses I’ve landscaped he’s done the best job yet! Do yourself a favor and at least have him quote your next project…"

"Fantastic job. Work was timely and professionally performed at fair price. The owner gave me referances and prior job addresses to go look at his work. He also gave me a referral to a stone company to look at the color and style of the pavers. <br />  I had an issue with the layout of a sidewalk and the owner offered to tear it out and redo it without any hassle. I had an issue with the workers wanting to use my bathroom and the owner dealt with it immediately and was very apologetic. <br />"

"Mike Settle was great at listening to what I needed to be done. He was very knowledgeable about my tree problems and saved a few that I thought were gone. He was very thorough in dealing with the long overdue yard cleanup and shrub trimming leaving me with a pristine yard. When we ran into irrigation problems he had great solutions and quickly got the trench work done with new pipe and lines in before the heat impacted my plants. He was always thoughtful, knowledgeable, honest and kind in all his dealings with me and also very responsive to texts or phone calls."

"What we thought to be an easy job because sprinklers were already in place, turned into a nightmare because the previous owner had covered several sprinkler heads with pavers and concrete without first capping them off. The valve box had been filled with mud, trash and concrete and the drip lines had been cut entirely. The Yavapai team was outstanding; Ryan, Mike, Aaron and Devon all busted their butts to get the job done on time in spite of all of the additional work. "The work was done properly. However the cost was very high in my opinion. Three workers showed up at 7:00AM and completed the job at 2:00 PM. That is a total of twenty-one man hours of work. Materials cost between $200 and $300 leaving a total of $2,700 for labor. Thus the cost per man/hour was $129.00. That seems high to me for this type of labor. If you don't mind paying that much for this type of work that is fine. However, I think you might be able to get the same quality work for quite a bit less"
