"Today I noticed the flex hose on our water heater was leaking hot water from a pin+ hole in the center of it. Today is Saturday so non-standard hours, but I was able to help almost immediately. Two other companies weren’t able to perform the repairs so we were fortunate it worked out with Gerald at Franklin Plumbing. While it was time and a half, he was fast, effficient and without drama or finding other issues. It instilled trust with me to recommend them and to use them in the future."
