"My attic had a large hole that even a racoon could fit through. Rats also chewed wires and left lots of droppings. Nathan and his crew removed all the droppings and soiled insulation using very powerful professional vacuum systems. Then they sprayed disinfectant to remove any odors. They also erected a plastic sheet tunnel between the attic access and the front door. Nathan sealed the hole with a metal plate to keep all the critters out.
