"They came out for some warranty work.  We had the same guy all the time and he was so pleasant; matter of fact, we talked about his wife and kids and we were supposed to go with them to 4th of July last year but we didn't make it.  We had him out for our refrigerator, and when he got the parts in - perfect job.  He even fixed something that I hadn't noticed.  He went out of his way; very nice people.  There was no charge for the most recent service because it was under warranty.  For overall experience I give them an A, even the people in the office that I called and talked to and they called me to verify that he had done the work and they called to tell me that he was gonna be on time or he was running a little bit late, they always kept in touch with me, just really super nice people.  They get A straight across the board - everything. "

I was unable to lift the door manually because both springs were broken.  <br /> When I called AZ Garage Doors -N- More Inc. they said that they would be at my house in twenty minutes. I think the service person arrived even a little earlier. I called around 8:00 a.m. and the repair was completed by 9:15. The repair person was professional and worked quickly. He replaced the springs, oiled the whole mechanism, and checked the opener itself and said that while it was noisy, it was working fine. He didn't try to sell me any other services.
