The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. "We purchased a 5700 SF home in May 2014 and the interior needed to be painted TOP to BOTTOM.  I got several estimates and A-Team was slightly less, but still a competitive price, so I decided to go with Josh and Travis.  I have no regrets?they came in everyday (even on Sunday) they said they would  and worked very hard until the job was done and they called if they were running late. "He did an excellent job of vent location, measuring airflow in and out per cubic foot, as well as locating the vents to create an even heating through out the entire 2,700 sq ft home. We had to locate someone to take and removed the old radiators, but he took care of making sure our home was economically comfortable. The ONLY drawback was his schedule, with shortage of workers available to him and as many jobs as he had, it did take us 3 weeks to get it in, but that was before the cold set in. We recognize the factor of location and resources, but I would hire Matt in a second if I needed his skills again!"
