"They installed a septic system for us and we have had several problems with it. Poorly packed dirt which leads to collapsed underground pipes is one of them. Jerry likes to argue and be very rude and defensive when you are pointing out the problems and then charge you full price to fix a problem that was created when they did the installation. On a positive note, when I hung up on a very rude Jerry and called the main office I was able to have a civil conversation with her and had my concerns addressed. I would still be hesitant about doing business if Jerry is involved. Rudeness does not belong in customer service and if a problem arises due to your installation it should be addressed accordingly. UPDATE: We are continuing to have major problems with the septic system that was installed by Orv's. They are continuing to not take accountability for the issues and refusing to make it right. STEER CLEAR!!!"
