They warned me that they could not guarantee the reuse of the boards until the stairs were demolished and I appreciated the care they took removing the boards. More importantly, I had a gut feeling this family-run business was going to do me right. And they're local. Now that the project is complete, I'm glad I went with my gut feeling. I had to leave on business after the first day of the project (which was at the 99% completion point) and haven't been home since to inspect their work. However, my wife who is much more switched on than me, has been there and would've alerted me to any issues. Since she's always in the yard working and with the kids, believe me, I would've heard about nails, destroyed shrubs or any other visible roof issues. Haven't heard a peep (Thank you Clark). Overall, Clark has done everything they have said they were going to do - met timelines, timely responses to questions and minor issues, and fantastic customer service. They were very accommodating when I had to wait for insurance money to make the final payment. It's evident every last one of them has a stake in the business when they go the extra mile to ensure their customers are satisfied. Now, I have to say the true test will be a year from now when there's a leak somewhere and I need them to fix it. But I have every bit of confidence they will take care of me if it ever comes to that. Last thing, although I've lived in the county for 10 years, I've never met any of them before and I'm not related to them. So there's no nepotism here."
