He arrived on time and the repair was done so well that the repair is barely visible. He was kind enough to do my job on short notice in order for me to put my house on the market. "I did a competition on replacing our basement door, reviewing both the solution for a Signet Door and including price installed. After reviewing several solutions from several top rated companies, we decided that On the Level Contracting (OTL) (Peter Psihas) had the best solution for the outside trim with a 12 9/16” Frame Depth. I than went to the 3 lowest bidders (including OTL) with the final configuration to ensure everyone was bidding on the same configuration. After receiving the 3 final bids from top rated companies, OTL had the lowest price. After Peter ordered the door from ProVia, Peter provided me the estimated date he would be receiving the door from Provia. When the door was received Peter notified me and worked with me to schedule the installation date based upon our availability. The installation team from OTL arrived in the schedule time, verified they had the correct door prior to starting the work and did an excellent job installing the replacement door. Peter can to our house prior to the job being completed to ensure I was satisfied and went over the warranty information. Prior to signing the final contract, I talked to Peter about providing the Aluminum and replacing the Aluminum Capping to the side of the garage door that was dented. Peter and his father (George) replaced the capping matching the bends exactly to the top and the other side. I highly recommend using OTL.!!!"

"Dan and I had met about a year ago when the spring/water problem began and he offered a lot of good advice. I declined on the work with the hope that it might go away. Not likely. It got worse over this past winter and then through the summer. I got Dan back on the phone and he came out within a few days. As suspected, the problem was worse now but he thoroughly scoped it out, gave me a proposal which was now almost twice the original price but for good reason. Part of the problem was that we had addressed the water issue about 7 years ago and that held for a time, but the contractor didn't use the proper materials and didn't do this type of work as his full time job.  Dan explained everything clearly to us, gave us a time frame for when the work would start (within 3 weeks), told us he would completely warranty his work for 2 years. He was out to start the work in about 2 weeks with a crew of 4. Ramone, his main on-site guy was very knowledgeable too. After the work got going, Dan called me to explain that after opening up the existing drainage system he wanted to modify his original plan which would in turn avoid cutting across my asphalt driveway. Sounded great to me. They were in and out in 3 days and then Dan came back 2 days following to walk through the finished project, explain all the work that was done and of course to pick up a check. The crew left everything in very good shape considering the amount of digging they did and the amount of earth they had to move around. We have no water issue now that I can detect and Dan seemed very confident that the issue "was solved" once and for all. I appreciated his confidence because this is way outside of my area of expertise. "There are many companies that will attempt to work their magic to give you a beautiful driveway but All Ready Finished is the only company I trust. My vehicle now has a red carpet to drive on, if only it had stilettos. Nothing but the best for my driveway. Let me tell you about the crew- they showed up on time everyday, a very polite group of men. The only thing they ever asked for was a hair tie. The concrete was poured ever so perfectly, it looked like satin. If the Hoover Dam ever has to be redone, All Ready Finished should take on the job! Thanks!!"

"Basement (approximately 1200 sq ft) was completed in year (2015). Finished basement comprised of 3 rooms and bathroom. We continue to have plumbing problems until this year. Initially a whistling noise in the pipes was said to be air in the pipes. After being told that the problem was air in the pipes and how to fix it, we tried to no avail to clear the problem. ABHI's plumber came out to observe and he informed us that a piece needed to be installed. Javier, the owner, told us that to repair the problem, we would have to pay more money but that he would split the cost with us. We contacted WSSC. They came out and adjusted something on the piping-free of charge. We contacted ABHI again with another plumbing issue at the installed commode which bubbled and made noises and gave off nauseous gassy fumes at the commode and bath tub when the washing machine was running. When speaking with Javier, we were told that the plumbing was inspected and passed and therefore the additional problems that we are experiencing would be an additional charge to repair. This hardly sounds like it should be the case when none of these problems existed prior to ABHI's plumber finishing the bathroom. Finally, Javier sent a plumber to our home to correct the problem this year and once the work was complete told the plumber to bill us for the work. This despite the fact that these problems only existed from the time ABHI completed the work. This is very unprofessional that Javier would approve work to be done on our home, without notifying us that the expense would be ours. Again, we only found out at the completion of the work what the cost was and that we were going to be asked to pay for it. The plumber still has not been paid in full. Additionally, communication was a continuous problem throughout the project which lasted approximately 5-6 months as opposed to the 2-3 months originally projected. The electrical, framing, drywall, and flooring were completed satisfactorily. Also, when we purchased items for the project (eg. bathroom vanity), Javier was willing to reduce our price by the budgeted allotment for the items since he did not have to make the purchases. All prospective clients: Be very cautious about this company because all fees may not be included in your given price if you experience similar problems after you have made final payment."
