I emailed and left a voicemail to see if the estimate was ready. He said that he had emailed it. (I did not receive it) He said he would email it again. Then he left a message saying that he was having some type of computer problem. He finally emailed an estimate on 8/23. After thinking over the cost, I emailed him on 8/25 saying that we accepted the offer. I have yet to hear back from him.
