"They called and set an appointment and gave me a quote. The sales person said he would honor the $50 discount but they billed me the full amount. I called and they said they would credit me and send me an email sating so. This was a week ago and still no credit. That is the only issue. I wanted non-toxic spray and all I can say is I hope it is. The spiders are less but still have some . I may need another redo in a few weeks."

If the company decides they want to replace an appliance, you need to call them and negotiate with them because you can upgrade, but you need to talk to them in person not just do it over the internet."
