He explained the differences regarding vinyl & other materials. The workers were here on time..They took away the old rug & installed a beautiful floor. "Where do I start? Susan got back to me very quickly and responsively over email and telephone, and was even able to stop by the same day to show us flooring. Which, by the way, happened to be a Friday night at around 8:00 p.m. After showing us a few floors and offering options we were on our way. She was able to offer advice about how to (not to scam) but to get the rest of our floor covered under our insurance claim. Insurance providers only offered the bare minimum in floor replacement, but Susan with her knowledge was able to advise that the insurance company should be covering more of the floor due to the spec and knowledge of what was here. After explaining that to our insurance company they quickly agreed that her assessment was correct which helped to cover and keep beautiful the rest of the house. The actual installers were extremely quick to get the floor down (I was shocked), what I thought would be an all day affair took no more than 4-5 hours to get done. I'd recommend to neighbors in the area if they needed flooring and show them our floor as an example."

"We had water damaged so we need to replaced the entire flooring of our condo and we want it the same flooring as what the builder installed. Bryan found and showed us right away the product which you could not find anywhere. Not at Home Depot, Lowes or Floor and Decor. It was a big relief when he showed us an exact match to our floor. With installation, he has a crew that is top notch. Very professional and easy to discuss and resolve issues. They left the condo clean. I would recommend the store to all friends and family. I would definitely just go straight to the store when I have flooring needs. The pricing is comparable to all big stores."

"The work crew was able to rip out old flooring, and install the new wood flooring in one days work. The job was well done . They moved furniture ripped out flour types of flooring including ceramic tile, hauled away old materials, and then installed wood flooring. The cost came in much lower than another floor installer, and the quality of the installation and the wood flooring are great. The only downside was that they did not carry a type of room transition divider piece that was needed for two transition ways into the kitchen area, and so I had to use the old pieces and change their stain. Not a big deal, but disappointing and extra work I did not anticipate."

"The sales representative who came to my house was great. He was knowledgable, professional, and answered all my questions. There was less than expected communication with me during the ordering and receiving of the materials. It would have been nice to hear updates or have some contact while I waited for the materials to come in. The installers were great! Very mindful of my new floors and treated my home with respect. I ordered them food and encouraged them to take a break and drink coffee / water. I was disappointed to see sloppy trim work and the shower head leaked. However when the glass doors were installed (on a different day) that installer informed me the first shower head was broken and he had it replaced with a new one. Overall I love the new look of my bathroom. I’m still upset with the trim work because it feels sloppy and I am paying a lot for the overall project."
