"Cliff responded promptly and was able to evaluate the situation same day. I tried 2 other specialty leak detection companies and they were backed up 2-3 weeks. He located the approximate location of the leak, but could not pinpoint the source due to the location being by a beam. He went over possible scenarios and options to address each. We chose to tunnel under the foundation to cause less inside damage and he had a crew out first thing the next morning. I got home around 2PM and he had already found/fixed the leak and they had started replacing the dirt! They also took great care in replacing the dirt and causing as little damage as possible to the plants in the flower bed. Cliff had opportunities to inflate the price, but did not and I appreciate his honesty. He even repaired a wobbly toilet for us at no charge! He's a great guy that performs a great service and i would definitely use him again.

"We awoke to discover water standing on the floor of our laundry room, hallway and sewing room.  I called Butler Plumbing right away and was told that they had a crew in Plano, Texas that would be at our home after they finished that job.  The crew arrived at our home an hour later and got right to work.  The crew used electronic devices to trace water lines under or in the slab, and were able to ascertain that there was a leak between one manifold (where hot and cold water pipes converge and are then sent to several different faucets), and another manifold under a cabinet in the master bath.  The line that connected the two manifolds was sealed, and a bypass water line was installed through the attic.  I expressed concern about the possibility of a water line in the attic freezing and breaking, but the plumbers showed me the hose/pipe they planned to use, which was very hard, flexible, very strong rubber/plastic pipe that could expand in the event of freezing, although I was assured that the pipe was insulated, and that threat was minimal.  I hope they are right.  The entire repair job took about 5 hours, and I am very happy with the responsiveness, the professionalism, and quality of service I received from Butler Plumbing!

"I cannot complain about anything. They were prompt with my response to schedule the appointment, and arrived exactly as scheduled. Replacing the new entry door and screen door was challenging and took longer than expected. However, they didn't charge me extra for the extended time it took. Because it started to get dark, they came back the next day to finish. In addition, they even worked through the rain which made matters even more difficult. After everything leveled out, they did an excellent job. I do appreciate their recommendation and installation of exterior rot-resistant trim. "We contacted Callahan for repairing our bathroom which was in bad shape. Callahan gave a quote for reasonable price and assisted us in picking the correct materials for bathroom and did the work very well. We were quite impressed with him and so when a airconditioning unit stopped working we approached him and he gladly helped us to fix the unit. "Storm responded promptly to my email and was able to come by the same morning. He determined that the turbines were damaged and would need to be replaced. We already had some of the roof shingles. Storm went to Home Depot and purchased the replacement turbines and installed them and replaced the necessary shingles. He inspected the roof and added some needed silicone caulk. Storm detected the smell of methane from one of the turbines and asked to take a look in the attic. He showed me where one of the bathroom vent pipes was clearly damaged and we agreed that he would return the next day to repair the pipe.
