The independent inspection and appraisal process took about 6 months, but it was certainly worth the wait. My new roof was installed in one day and I couldn’t be happier. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been professional and personable. Highly recommend! "

"Salesman Apodaca made promises that were not true and I got stuck in a fight between sales and installation. I ended up out money fixing their sales guys mistake. He never called back and then I found out he got promoted."

"I hired Metroplex Pro Builders based off of Angi List. BIG MISTAKE! They are cons. They have no clue what they are doing. They so-call "sub" everything out to people they have never worked with, people that have no skills and with absolutely NO SUPERVISION. They destroyed my personal property. I was given no drawing or plans. They demanded more money even when tasks were not completed, done incorrectly, and an overall mess! Finally, I had to hire a board-certified construction attorney. With no luck of getting my project completed or getting any money back, I filed in Tarrant County JP3 Small Claims Court. March 23, 2026, a default Judgment was awarded to me. I want everyone to know; these people are scammers who threaten homeowners and need to be put out of business! The absolute worst experience of my life and I will never trust Angi List."

They were able to start a few days after putting a down payment, and they completed the job within a few days. Great communication with them, especially from Avi and Mike. Highly recommend them!"

He provided so much expertise around the type of wood we should use, the style elements to include and the overall design. "After many good-faith attempts to resolve this privately, we have no choice but to leave this review. We discovered Patio Enclosures at the Troubador Festival and signed a contract in November after a great sales experience. Installation was delayed and finally completed in mid-February. From there, things became frustrating. We were told our financing hadn?t gone through, despite completing all steps and providing proof. After multiple reassurances it was resolved, we later discovered they charged our credit card for the full amount?without authorization?despite financing being in our contract. We ultimately learned the financing was processed incorrectly, but instead of working with us, they ran our card. We?ve disputed the charge and are still waiting on follow-up. The product is great, but the operations, communication, and billing were unacceptable. We would not recommend."
