"Chris Apgar and Zach Murray from Patio Enclosures, Bensalem, PA finished installing a 3-season room at our home last week. We want to recognize them for the great job they on this project. Their attention to detail and pride in workmanship are the best we have seen. Their dedication to Customer Satisfaction is commendable; both are real assets to the Patio Enclosures organization. We really enjoyed working with Chris, Zach, and the rest of the Patio Enclosures team during planning and installation of this room."

"Sun room is fine but if anything ever breaks, you are up the creek without a paddle. The sliding glass door rollers have worn out and need replacement. Called multiple times & left a message. Nothing. The rollers are proprietary to their product. Unless you have the availability of a machine shop, good luck."

"This is the second time we have used Rowland and the team at Dwell Renovations. We built a full addition for my mother in law. Kitchen, living room, bath, bedroom. We couldn’t be happier with how it came out and my MIL is unbelievably pleased. Rowland and all of the contractors, electricians, plumbers and tile folks treated the job like they were working on their own homes. They were patient with our hundreds of questions and requests. Rowland kept us in the loop every step of the way and met , or beat, every timeline. He always had great advice and a keen eye for the details."

"I chose this provider because their statement of work proposal had everything to the smallest detail, whereas other's was just brief description and the final price. Communication was very good: they always returned my calls and addressed all my concerns. They did an excellent job in replacing my roof, fan and the gutters, and cleaned up very nicely (like nothing happened). My association was happy too. Thank you!"

"We were so happy we chose A B Graham Contracting to refinish our basement. The space went from a dungeon-like storage area to a beautiful finished playroom for our son, complete with a perfect little half bathroom! Andrew and his team always provided quick responses to all questions & communication, and worked with us throughout the process to help guide us toward the best solutions for any issues that arose. Andrew has a fantastic team of tradesmen - plumbing, flooring, & electric - and his finisher Tony paid great attention to detail and addressed all our concerns. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a friendly and knowledgeable contractor."

"Every phase of the project went smoothly and professioally. . FSBD provided a 3-D rendering of the project and then once we agreed upon size and color, they handles all the parperwork with both our HOA and the county. Contruction went without a hitch and at the end of every day, the crew cleaned up the worksite and made certain we knew was was planed for the new day. Upon completion, there was an issue with 2 of the boards not matching the exact color of the others. FSBD immediately contacted Timbertech and arranged for 2 new boards to be shipped which they installed the day after the replacements arrived. We also contracted for a front step handrail which matches our house perfectly and provides added safety to our home. Since then many of our neighbors have stopped by to see the deck and have also chosen FSBD to build decks for them. All have said the projects are going as planned and they all are equally satisfied with FSBD"

FAQs for sunroom or patio enclosure building service projects in Princeton Junction, NJ

A sunroom is a fully enclosed space with walls of windows or glass. It allows you to enjoy the outdoors from the comfort of the indoors, protected from bugs and weather. It functions as an additional room in your home. A covered patio extends your home's roof over an outdoor area, providing shade and shelter while remaining open to the fresh air. It's a great way to enjoy outdoor living while being protected from sun and rain.

Adding screens to your porch is the most budget-friendly way to enclose it. Screening keeps out insects and debris while letting you enjoy the breeze and outdoor ambiance. It's less expensive than installing full walls or glass enclosures and doesn't usually require permits, making it an efficient way to upgrade your porch.

If you're transforming your porch into a fully enclosed living space like a sunroom, you'll likely need a sturdy foundation, such as a reinforced concrete slab, to support the structure. For a simple screened-in porch, you might be able to use the existing floor and support posts without additional foundation work. It's best to consult a professional to determine what's needed for your project.

An enclosed porch can be considered a living space if it's fully enclosed with solid walls and windows, has a proper roof, and includes heating and cooling systems. It should also have direct access from inside your home. When these criteria are met, the space becomes an extension of your home's livable area.
