"We hired R3 Homes to perform a complete to-the-studs remodel of the kitchen in our vacation rental home. They also replaced all the flooring on the whole level and lighting in adjacent areas. Overall, we were extremely please with the work and value that R3 provided. In addition to their own team of professionals, R3 brought in a number of tradespeople specific to our project that were all top notch: from interior design to cabinetry to stone countertops and lighting, the entire project was well conceived, organized and executed. On top of this, the project was mostly completed remotely, and we were able to trust that the work was done on time and to spec without our having to engage. "Mike was very responsive during the estimate and scheduling phase. I appreciated that he answered all my questions in a timely manner. Quinton arrived to the job exactly when they said they would, and the job took exactly as long as they told me it would (3-4 hours). All of the surrounding surfaces were taped off very well and I appreciated that he explained everything I would need to know for after care. The tub looks great and I'm excited to put some new hardware on it to finish the transformation. Very affordable upgrade if you arent looking to tear up your bathroom."
