"I had some concerns that I had a termite infestation in my cottage. I called Advanced and asked them to come for an evaluation. The person on the phone was very helpful and friendly and sent a person out immediately! (He arrived within a half hour!) He listened to my concerns and carefully checked out my home inside, outside and underneath! It must have taken him a good hour!. At th end, he said to my great relief that he saw no sign of termites and the dust in the bathroom looked like carpenter ants. His suggested these could be easily delt with by trimming back any branches that touched the house and spraying some Raid up near the ceiling of the bathroom. All of this was done at absolutely no charge!! He left his card with me and said I should call if I had further problems. You can bet I will do that. These people are polite, friendly, efficient and dedicated to their work. I was very impressed."

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction. <br /> WRS <br /> <br />"
