"We found Victors Roofing during our search for roofing companies and noted the high amount of positive reviews and feedback and even though it was clear they were going to be on the higher side as far as cost, getting the job done right was the most important thing to us, so in the end we chose to go with Victors. I'll go over the project and both the positive and negative experiences we had with Victors Roofing. Project: 50 Year Premium Package House - Remove 2 layers of rotting plywood and install new layer of OSB and new shingles Garage - Remove 1 layer of shingles and install new shingles Positive: Honestly, the roof(s) on both our home and garage now look awesome (We're pretty sure our neighbor's both hate and envy us). Sales Communication: Thorough and polite. Workmanship and Products: Both were great. No complaints. Punctuality/timeliness - Project was scheduled and completed very quickly (1 week from initial project estimate until completion). Workers were on time and fast. Negative: Damage - Brand new AC unit was not covered properly and was scratched. Warranty - It was not mentioned that the 50 year warranty was only valid as long as you own the home and is only transferable 1 time for 1 year to the new owner (Didn't receive this information until I received the final payment receipt and warranty information). Cleanup - We have a dog, so cleanup was important to us. Overall it was good, but could have been slightly better outside. Attic is full of debris (Wood slivers from the plywood that was removed). Cost - Overall the cost was really high. I understand that companies markup products they sell/install, but charging $85 for a sheet of OSB that typically costs $16/sheet is an incredibly high markup. Final Thoughts: We love the new roof on both our home and garage and hope it will last for years to come and makes us feel better about the high cost of installation. Would I recommend Victors Roofing to others?: Yes. I can honestly say that even with the negative items mentioned above, given the high quality of workmanship and products used, I would still be comfortable recommending them to anyone looking to replace their roof that wants/expects it to be done right and not worry about shoddy workmanship."

"Mark and his crew were GREAT!! From Inspection, to Insurance Agent/Inspector coordination, to Installation and Clean-up, they were knowledgeable and professional in every aspect! Mark is a great guy and a man of honor. Every agreement he made with me was kept - to a "T"!! I was so pleased, that I provided a fabulous lunch and "snack" after job completion - replete with "refreshments". I would HIGHLY recommend Mark and his team for any roofing, or construction project. Finally, I when I have saved up enough, plan to get Atlas Contractors, to build a shed, deck, and patio for us."

"I've had a problem with water in my ceiling for a long time and assumed it was the roof. I've had my builder and another roofer fix the problem but it kept coming back. Today, Zach from Van Martin came out to look at the issue. After climbing on the roof and inspecting the area, he said the roof looked fine from above. He then looked in the attic and determined that the problem was not the roof and suggested I obtain HVAC services to look at the plumbing in the attic. I'm really grateful that he didn't just assume it was a problem with the vent stack. Customer Service was quick and effortless and there was no charge for coming out to look at it . I'd definitely use them again."

"Excellent! Shane came over to inspect the roof and a leak above the garage. He was able to detect the source of the leak and it really boiled down to the roof needing to be replaced in the next year or so. We opted to replace the roof, replace one gutter, and install leaf guards on all of the gutters. We were able to get the choice of shingles we wanted. Shane was knowledgeable and responsive. We had one delay because of rain but the roofing crew came out two days later and did the whole roof in one day! Those guys were hard workers and they did a terrific job minimizing the impact on flower beds, etc. They also did a great job cleaning up afterwards - I have yet to find a single nail in the grass or flower beds around the house. The gutter crew came out soon after - between rain showers - and completed the gutter work quickly and well. All in all the project went seamlessly and we are very pleased. I would not hesitate to hire them again."

We decided to give home genius a try with the free estimate. Caleb inspected out roof inside and out and found cracked Boards (not surprising for a 122 year old house) and explained what HG would do for repairs bad new shingles in a way that was easy tomunndersstandvsnccgavevus a quote well under what I expected to pay. It was hard not to pass the deal Up so we went with the quote. Thinking it would be weeks before they started the job I was surprised when Devan the project manager called and said a crew would be out the next day. Sure enough they were and within 10â hours everything was completed. Watching the workers go at it, they did and installed everything Caleb and Devan said would happen. Quick and efficient is how Iâ d describe the workmanship. The roof looks great and I am extremely pleased with the results. "Five or six years ago I had Bone Dry repair a roof that was leaking. The repair person determined where the leak was, and told me what the cost would be for the repair. Because it was under $500, I did not bother getting any other estimates. We scheduled the repair for later that week. He texted pictures on a regular basis to the point that my questions were answered before I could ask them. The crew worked dawn til dark for three straight days and the new roof looks fabulous. After our homes and cars, the new roof is the third most expensive purchase weâ ve ever made. I feel totally confident that it will be protecting this house long after weâ re gone. And we plan to be here for many years."
