FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."

"These people have a screwed up billing process where they bill you multiple times for a single service. Then they send you to collections. They admit they were paid, but refuse to change their records. They ignore you and mess up your credit. Report them to attorney general so they see the trend with this people. I can't be the only one. Go to another appliance service that has their act together. Run away from economic Appliance service."

After days of no follow up, my husband called back and was told they had no idea what was going on because there were no notes. After finally receiving a call back we were told it would be $1500 for the repair. Obviously we got a second opinion. What we found out was disturbing. THE PHOTOS WERE NOT OF OUR REFRIGERATOR AND THIS IS COMPLETE FRAUD. The refrigerant is not leaking and there is 0 liquid on the floor as in the photo. If you find yourself reading this I hope it is before you are scammed by this company."
