"In 2007 Thermal Quality Window and Door installed 9 replacement windows in my house.  Over the weekend the mechanism that keeps the window open on my bathroom window failed.  On Monday I spoke with Karen who ordered the necessary parts for the repair.  On Tuesday Mitch called to tell me the parts were in and to set up a time for the repair.  He was available the next day!  Wednesday (today), Mitch was out bright and early to repair my window.  30 minutes later, the window was repaired.

When he came out for an estimate, he paid close attention to exactly what I needed, he did a detailed inspection, and he did not try to sell me on any unnecessary replacements. "Impriano’s reps were extremely helpful in selecting replacement roofing materials to prevent a roof failure like I had just experienced. They made recommendations for what I needed and explained it in a manner I could understand which was not the case with a different roofing contractor who came to my home to estimate the job. To me, the situation was something of an emergency with winter approaching, and Impriano made scheduling of my roof a priority. Workers were very professional, punctual, and took great care not to impact the adjacent townhouse properties. Workers kept me informed of how work was progressing. They took photos at various stages so I could see the work being done; the photos of the completed job confirmed that my existing gutter guards, etc., had been secured. They were very attentive to small details. For example, they pointed out that the nails used on an existing metal cover between my house and my adjoining neighbor were silver while the cover was brown. Although the roof is 3 stories high, they decided to use brown coated nails so the nails would blend with the cover. At the completion of the job, they cleaned everything up and used a metal detector to locate errant nails on my driveway."

Luis came out to review with me what I was hoping to have repaired, sent me a detailed estimate of what he would do, and then answered by email and series of exchanges we had to confirm for me that they could work around my time of day, and duration needs. He exceeded my tough expectations and gave me more than I had bargained for. The job was done beautifully. He found fault with some of the work one of his men did (that I had not noticed), and insisted it be redone immediately. His staff behaved as though they understood that it is stressful to have a crew in the house for several days. They arrived the time it was agreed upon, and left each day, just as promised, by 4 or 5, as the day's schedule had prearranged. the job was completed on schedule, within budget, and was done well.
