The day after Christmas, I received a courtesy call alerting me that they were on their way . They immediately began working upon arrival. They took pictures before, during, and after the repair work. I had the opportunity to meet their boss Frank, who made it a point to be on site to meet with me, the client, to review our contract, pricing and to set my mind at ease. When he came out for an estimate, he paid close attention to exactly what I needed, he did a detailed inspection, and he did not try to sell me on any unnecessary replacements. Ivan was prompt in scheduling a date for the repairs/cleaning, and he arrived on time. His price was fair, and he did all of the repairs himself, paying close attention to detail and making sure that all of my gutters were in great shape. "After much research and several estimates I decided to hire Paragon Home Remodeling Grp. to redo my roof. They use a high quality product and are very reliable. There was a team of workers who worked endlessly for two and a half days. They kept me informed as to the progress and took pictures of areas that needed my attention. Seeing the great job that was getting done I requested to have other work done at the same time. I had four new 2 story pillars replaced and a new gutter system installed. There was never a sales push to get more work done and no rush for payment. I also have to say their price was very reasonable compared to estimates I received. Paragon will be my go to company when I need work done."

"Nick, the owner, and the people who work with him are terrific, couldnâ t be better. Excellent work, did exactly what they said theyâ d do, and promptly. Very fair prices. Fixed a lot of things for me: two pent roofs on two areas,, spot masonry repairs on a 3 story brick wall, patching and rust-proof painting a tin outdoor wall covering, fixing a hole in a small flat roof, and putting a new covering on the elevated brick party wall between the twin houses (wind damage). I asked them about caulking the five windows of the bay, because there was evidence of an old leak on the inside wall. Nick said it was probably from the old pent roof which they just replaced. They looked at the caulking and said it was fine. Now thatâ s honesty!"

"I contacted Adelphia via Angies list due to a leak in one small roof over a section of our home and the need to have the upper roof reviewed to determine if repairs were needed. Joe came out when he said he would, reviewed the situation, took pictures and was able to show me a variety of issues. One roof was very soft and had a hole in it which he showed me from an upper window. He told me they could come out within a week, which was acceptable to me. That night Joe called and indicated that it was supposed to rain the next day and if I was very concerned about the leak they could come out and cover it in some way. This was very thoughtful and great customer service. It was a minor leak that was hit or miss based on the winds so I said not to bother. The next day, I also got a call from their office to confirm the job which was very professional. Adelphia showed up when they said they would and got the job done in the estimated time. Joe and his team were prompt, courteous and very responsive. They also did a good job of explaining what was to be done and they went above and beyond all within the estimated price. "JM Roofing is excellent on May 20th Jorge who is one of the owners and one of his workers came just before 11 a.m. they got everything set up and all of roofing materials equipment hand tools for the job they set up quickly and when right to work and never stopped working until the job was completed the job was done within 5 hours and the roof over the kitchen was efficiently and expertly installed they did a beautiful job and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving even making sure that there were no roofing nails or metal of any kind left behind my wife and I were so happy with it that we asked them to come back to replace the main roof of our house on the 27th of May the dumpster service that they hired arrived just before 8 a.m. and Jorge and his crew of workers all arrived 10 minutes later and just as on the 20th of May as they did 7 days earlier they quickly got completely set up and had all of the equipment and materials tools to complete the job they went to work at 8:30 a.m. and you continued working the entire day never stopping until the roof was completely installed except for an occasional drink of water they did a beautiful thorough complete job installing the roof I was amazed at the speed accuracy and efficiency but they all exhibited as they worked I am ecstatic and extremely pleased with the results they could not have done a better job my wife myself our friends and the entire family are very pleased with all of the work that they have done for us so much so that I have recommended their Roofing company to several friends and family I very highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a roof replacement or repair they were absolutely incredible and just to let you know the roof on my house it's not a small roof with quite a pitch when JM Roofing arrived they had all of the safety equipment and everything necessary to do the job by the way they completed the job in less than 10 hours which to me is absolutely amazing I called them twice and on each job they did a fast efficient safe and an expert job and cleaned up thoroughly each time before they left and I will absolutely use them again and I highly recommend them very highly"
