He also worked within our budget. His crew was professional and cleaned up behind themselves. I have no hesitation in recommending TC Lighting."

"Had six new trees planted. The salesmen explained that the 'traditional' method of using wire with rubber pads anchored by "T" posts was not the best for the new trees. He recommended the use of plastic line with plastic stakes for an additional cost of $49.00 per tree. Basically, the ame installation labor. Well, the boxes the recommended tree stake kits came in were marked $10.00 each. No credit was offered for the wire and "T" posts. As they say, 'buyer beware'. One of holes left by one of the stumps removed was very loosely filled with grass and little dirt. Stepping into the hole my foot went down over a measured 14". The hole was properly filled upon advising the salesman. The work crew showed up when promised. One tree required additional anchoring and it was taken care of in a timely manner. The salesman, while wearing a shirt that said 'Arborist', was not certified by the National Association."

"Very well. They are not cheap, but you do get what you pay for and they did take care of me during the whole Holiday Season. I will be using them again this year. Two weeks after they installed the lights they came round one evening just to check everything looked good - I didn't even ask them and I was very pleased to see such attentive care. I had one issue where a section of my roof did not have any lights, and they came round with 24 hours to fix it. The whole process was fast and seamless."

They were punctual and installed our new "Ring Video Doorbell" without any problems. They diagnosed our pool light problem quickly and told us how we buy the light ourselves and save money. "My wife and I had a few smallish projects to do in the house and we decided to get them done with this electric company that we found on Angie's List. After one false start with trying to contact them (didn't hear back from them, which was fine because we got busy anyways) I tried again and got it touch with Dave, who was easy to work with. We got into a good routine of communicating via email, which was easy for me. For some reason he didn't want to give me an estimate on-site, but he was reasonably prompt about getting it to me by email. One thing I greatly appreciated was his willingness to suggest cheaper options and to pare back his own work. We wanted an extra wire run through the wall and ceiling so that our ceiling fans could be run on 2 separate switches (one fan one light), but he recommended RF boxes in the wall with buttons. Cheaper, and pretty straightforward - I could easily do the work myself. He was happy to scratch it all from the list and save me a lot of money. We did still have them out to install three recessed lights, however. A work crew (not Dave) came out to install the lights, and they did a good job. Looks great, materials were top-notch and the finished project is perfect. They were quick and clean, too, covering over furniture while they worked above it."

"My experience with Mike at Arbor View was positive from the beginning. I solicited bids from three highly rated landscapers on Angie's list. Although my call to Arbor View went to voicemail (Mike was working on a job at the time), Mike returned the call the same day and scheduled a visit to provide the estimate within a couple of days - by far the fastest of any of the firms. He arrived promptly as scheduled and listened and gave me valuable suggestions/feedback as we reviewed what I wanted. He followed up with a detailed quote the following day. Unfortunately the other folks I called were less responsive, and it took me about two weeks to gather the remaining quotes. When all was said and done Arbor View quoted the best price, and Mike was the the one I felt most comfortable working with. When I called to schedule the job, Mike told me he could do it in a couple of weeks, depending on the weathers' impact on his schedule and said he would contact me before coming out that week. Sure enough, on Wednesday of the promised week, Mike called and told me he'd be there mid-morning the following day. When he came by we adjusted the scope of work slightly and changed the quantity of plants to be installed. Once again, Mike was flexible and accommodating and began work removing the old landscaping immediately. Throughout the process Mike was professional, accommodating and communicated effectively and thoroughly. Although the work was just completed yesterday, I can say that I am pleased with the outcome and experience, and have no doubt I will be treated fairly in the event any issues arise. I highly recommend Arbor View for any landscape installation needs"
