"Well, it was fun as well as giving me just what I wanted for my house.....more light, more privacy, and aesthetics. The nice thing about Tim, aside from the fact that he's a nice person and very intelligent, and gifted in his field, is that he listens and makes you part of the process. I felt totally at ease and secure giving him keys to my house for work that was done when I wasn't there. My house maintains it's old feel (he blended the new with the old) as well as contributing to making it an even more beautiful house."

"The owner Tyler was very personable and was always communicative and listened to what my needs were. Him and his crew did an excellent job! They built me a driveway, that is beautiful, and will last many years! Honest and prompt is another way to describe them!"

"Dave and KITS Construction Services, were responsible, timely thorough, and had excellent follow through. They were not just building our house, but building our home. I would highly recommend them for anybodies construction needs."

"We had a great experience working with Norse Development on our concrete pool in Desert Aire, WA. From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative, and committed to delivering high-quality work. The craftsmanship on the pool is top-notch ? clean lines, great finishes, and exactly what we envisioned. They handled the project efficiently, stayed on schedule, and were easy to work with throughout the process. Highly recommend Norse to anyone looking for a solid, well-built pool and a contractor who follows through on their word."

"The owner and crew are very pleasant, respectful, and hard working. They explain what any why they are doing things as they go along. They seem to truly enjoy what their work. They are careful with my furniture and other possessions, and are adaptable - willing to make changes or additions as things go along. They clean up the job site and go out of their way to ensure the safety of my young dog. The job is not done yet but I have complete confidence in this contractor and his employees."

"They did a real good job. They were real professional. We can now open the garage door from the inside of the house and now it is so smooth that we have to check to see if we hit the button to open it or close it.  Before we used to know when it was opening or closing because it used to make a noise. It helps when you move to a city where you are new. "
