James came down and explained everything thoroughly and gave me some options. After talking to a few other vendors, I knew I wanted to go with LCT. He was just as great as James, very thorough and let me know what would be happening. In addition to needing the roof replaced we also had some damage to rafters and decking to replace. There were no surprises except that everything was done as promised. That is rare now a days! The job was done in one day as promised, Doug and Dylan and crew (Nick and a couple more) stayed till the job was done, and done right. I can't say enough about the whole experience, they are professional, honest and it was like having family do the job! My only complaint is that they don't do more like additions, painting because we need to have that done as well :) Thank you for a stress free experience! This is not the first time Marshall's did a job for us, about 10 years ago they did our roof for us. I would recommend them 100% to do what you need to be done, you won't be disappointed.
