"Premier Landscape performed a removal and installation of a curved retaining wall. Overall, I was very pleased with the product and process and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to perform outdoor work. Premier Landscape is not a low-cost landscaper. However, he does offer a fair price quote based on market value. The customer service that you get from Gairad (the owner) and his crew is outstanding and makes up for the small amount of money you would save from a low-cost landscaper. From the start Gairad was very responsive to e-mails. Usually you will get a response within 24 hours on a business day. I was able to send him pictures and dimensions and he was able to give me a quote from that. You would think that this would be a standard practice for other landscapers in the area, but you would be wrong. Most other landscapers did not respond to me either by e-mail or phone. The ones that do will try to give you a quote that is vague. They do this in order to extract more money from change orders. Once you get them to include every detail you want on the quote, you start to see it add up to almost the same cost. Gairad doesn’t play any of those games, he puts all of your request in a quote and gives his price. His men arrived on time and performed a great installation of the retaining wall. They used good quality materials and made sure the physical appearance looked good.
