The original assessment was thorough and had great pictures and description of what needed to be done. I also had a vent cap missing that I had planned to attempt to replace myself, but he measured and sent pictures and I purchased the cap and Jamie screwed it on for me. "I contacted the provider and didn't hear anything back for almost 2 weeks. The provider called and said he would be by the next day and then didn't show up. The following day he came by and gave the bid. Once I got the bid, they didn't show up on the day they said they would do the work and came the following Monday. The actual installers did a great job with the work."

"I was so impressed with Chris and his crew at Phoenix Restoration. I was nervous about hiring someone I didn't know much about, and he was very patient with all of my questions. He came out the day after I asked for a bid, and was ready to start as soon as I asked him to. My house is 100 years old, and I knew replacing the gutters was going to be bad. But I had no idea how bad it would be. A full side of the house was full of sparrows and wasps nests, the front porch wood was entirely rotten behind the old gutters. It was a nightmare. But Chris and his crew took it in stride, he never asked for more money than was absolutely necessary to get it all taken care of, and in fact, he worked with me to bring some of the costs down.
