"Don't pay attention to the 1-star review that claims Standard Fence installed a different fence than was contracted for. That is just not true! Our house is on the other side of the fence in question, and the fence we received was exactly the one specified in the contract. The reviewer just doesn't like the fence we ordered and received. We highly recommend Standard Fence--its prices are competitive and the service was excellent and very prompt. When the neighbor was unhappy with the fence, Standard Fence went out of its way to make her happy, including adding a privacy screen at its own expense. It appears that's not possible to satisfy her other than by refunding her money or putting up a different fence of her choosing, both of which are unreasonable. Questioning the owner's integrity in a review is bad form."

"Stand Strong Fencing just finished installing about 200 feet of cedar fencing for me with two gates (including a double gate), and I couldn?t be happier! ? From start to finish, they were organized, professional, and so kind ? which really matters to me. They used metal Postmaster posts (LOVE ?), and everything feels sturdy and well-built. What I appreciated most was how they followed the grade of my yard with so much care ? I can be a little persnickety (guilty! ????), but they were incredibly patient and responsive. If I had feedback or noticed something that needed a slight tweak, they listened and made it right without hesitation. That kind of communication and follow-through is rare these days. ? "It pains me to write a poor review, but the service I received from TB Kustom and it’s owner Travis was so poor that I have to recommend that everyone avoid this business. Details: I had a motorcycle lower triple clamp that had a crack in it. I took it to TB Kustom and Travis promised he would weld it and it would be strong and safe. He claimed that the aesthetics were critical to his business reputation. I told him the aesthetics were not important, just the strength as it is a safety issue if it breaks. Travis assures next he could fix it and charged me $200. He turned around the part that day (good timing) but the weld he did did not close up the crack on the back side of the clamp, only on the top. When I asked about this he said he had completely filled the crack and screw holes, then redrilled the holes and that it was solid metal. It was also a really ugly job. I have never seen a professional be sloppier. It looked weak, but he insisted it was fine. I paid him and took the part home. When installing the part with an Allen screw and three fingers it snapped at Travis’ weld. I had not done anything except install it. I hadn’t even gotten to the torque setting of 10Nm. This was very poor workmanship. When I reached out to Travis to find a solution he claimed it was my fault for bringing the part to him in the first place. When I tried to get him to agree to either re-weld the part or return the $200 he swore at me and threatened me and said he was calling the police. Be warned, dealing with this company you may be subjected to the same level of hassle and threats that I was when Travis’s inferior workmanship is revealed. Now I’m faced with having to go to small claims court to recover $200, and I still don’t have a bike that is safe to ride. I would avoid this establishment at all costs."

"I hired Scott on August 17, 2018 to do some minor electrical, plumbing and some sheet rock repair in preparation for some kitchen cabinets being installed. I made it clear that the time to complete the project was very important because the cabinets had already been purchased and were waiting at Lowes for installation. He assured me that he could complete the job in just a few days and asked for a deposit of $300.00 to start. I wrote the check and asked him to start asap. (the check was cashed that same afternoon). He said he would like to get an early start, and we agreed that he would be at my house the next morning at 8:00am (the whole household had to get up early to accommodate this schedule) He never showed up until about 9:15 am. He said he had to take his daughter to work. He only worked until 10:15 am and then had to leave for the day. He said that he could not return until Tuesday morning because he had prior commitments. I texted him Monday night just to make sure he would be there on Tuesday. He indicated that he would be there at 8:30 am. He showed up at 9:15 am and worked for about 45 mins and left. He told me that he had to take one of his children to the Instacare. And then he had to go to Park City for something and asked if he could stop by on his way back around 9pm, just to go over what I wanted. (I had already giving him plans for the whole job). At 9pm he texted me and said something came up in Park City and he was just leaving. He still had to pick up his wife in Salt Lake City and then he would be at my house. That was at least 1 ½ hours of travel time. I told him it would be too late. He promised he would have the whole day Wednesday and would be at my house by 10am. He texted me on Wednesday at noon and said he was on his way. I called him at 1:30 wondering where he was AGAIN and left a message (he never answers his phone). He texted back again saying he was on his way. He got to my house about 2:00 and finally worked for a few hours (till 5:30). He texted me at 2:00 saying he was up at the University and was on his way to me. An hour later he texted again saying his car was over heating…… got to my house at almost 5pm. I sent him away. I guess he gets to keep the $300 dollars I gave him….. He had worked a total of maybe 5-6 hours. (Only really did about 1 ½ hours’ worth of work). My son had to redo most of what he did because it was not done right. By this time my son had taken the 1 ½ days off and had finished the whole project."
