The company representative came within a couple of days exactly at the time he quoted, and spent as much time as we wanted examining the roof, explaining the details and products available. The bid came back the next day. We accepted the bid with a few adjustments, the shingles and roofing materials were delivered within a week, and the job was finished in less than 2 weeks from the bid. The roofing crew was prompt, careful of our property, efficient, and wasted no time. The entire job was completed in 1 1/2 days. The property was cleaned up well, all trash picked up and removed, and my flower beds were not harmed at all which were close to the house. The entire crew was very polite and responsive to any requests we had and careful of all areas of our property. We would recommend them to anyone who might need roof repair/replacement."

I was also curious if I had a impact resistant shingles as I was not sure since I had previously purchased the house as a short sale. Gary was 8 minutes early, very polite and informative. Gary inspected the entire roof, took several pictures and walked me through the type of roof I had. He did notice a minor defect and offered to fix it but ended up advising me on how to fix it which was gladly welcomed. In the end, there was no charge and I walked away a whole lot more educated. They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."
