"It seems so rare these days to find a company that does what they say, but Floors Sag or Shake is one of those companies. During the inspection process when looking to buy a 1935 farmhouse, Eddie provided a detailed estimate and explanation of what needed to be done to make the foundation secure. They were willing and able to make repairs that two of the larger foundation repair companies said they wouldn't do after looking at the foundation. When we decided to go ahead with buying the house and chose Floors Sag or Shake for the repairs, I told Eddie that we'd be in touch after closing. He called the morning of our closing to see if we were ready to start repairs. They started when they said they would, did they work they outlined in the contract, finished when they promised and charged the amount in the contract. This seems to be such a simple, successful business model, but is so rare to actually experience as a customer. The crew were professional, respectful and generally likable guys. The supervisor came out on a Saturday to repair a leaking pipe in the crawl space, even though they weren't completely certain that they caused the leak. Floors Sag or Shake was also responsive after the project. A few of the footings still had the wooden forms attached and the vapor barrier had shifted a bit. The crew came back out and quickly took care of both issues.

"I would hire again and DO recommend. Nick and his team replaced a roof and did several repairs inside and outside my house. The extensive structural repair work they under the house resulted in a “no previous damage” report for the termite bond. Amazing! There was one instance of less than stellar craftsmanship; however, before it could be pointed out, Nick identified it with his own inspection and was already repairing. I had a nightmare closing for a house with new required repairs popping up every few days and Nick went above and beyond to make the repairs in a very timely fashion and a very fair price and always with excellent quality. "Bill reached out to me within minutes of needing an emergency roof repair. I am out of state and my grandmother had a leak that almost caused her Fire alarm to short and could ve caused a fire. I explained this to him and he said he d be there within 30 mins. He showed up, fixed the problem, and even put the fire alarm back up for her. He also gave me a courtesy call to let me know he had finished the job. I really appreciate this last min. Service, especially since I had to scramble to find someone before the rain came again. "AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
