"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. We also feel good about the transferable warranty—should we ever sell our home, a prospective home owner will have a good indicator that we invested in keeping this home safe and stable. "Nick was on time for the estimate appointment, dressed professionally, and ready to answer any questions I had. I had a lot of questions. He answered every single one of them completely and thoroughly. His estimate was very good and we hired Freedom Roofing. He was patient when I could not decide what color I wanted. I delayed the project by a couple of days because of it. He brought me samples of the different metals, where the other companies said they could not. I was able to touch and choose my metal. They were here at 8 am on the day agreed upon and started work. I had a lot of prep work and repairs that needed to be done to the decking. All of that was done the first day. He had to wait for the roofing he ordered to get here, but we knew about it. He kept us informed. He worked Saturday until past dark. He came again yesterday( Sunday) from about 1pm until 9:30pm. By himself yesterday, with only an hour break. They got here today ( Monday) early this morning and they were finished and cleaning up by 4:30pm. He and his crew hustled, were polite, and worked constantly. The roof is beautiful and looks to be a fantastic job. My husband walked all the way around and inspected it. He gave us a warranty, but I doubt we will need it. Oh, and he came in under budget! We are so pleased. I would recommend Freedom Roofing to anyone needing any kind of roof. So glad we hired him. "Bill reached out to me within minutes of needing an emergency roof repair. I am out of state and my grandmother had a leak that almost caused her Fire alarm to short and could ve caused a fire. I explained this to him and he said he d be there within 30 mins. He showed up, fixed the problem, and even put the fire alarm back up for her.
