"Four years ago, Marble Designs did our kitchen, powder bath counter top, and a tub deck.  We loved how beautifully our granite counter tops turned out, and enjoyed working with them so much, that when we decided it was time to update our Master bath, my husband immediately suggested turning to them again for the bathroom counter top.  The people at Marble Designs are just wonderful, extremely knowledgeable about their products and associated materials, and provide excellent customer service.   The owner and designer listened to my objective for the project, helped me choose the perfect material for the counter top, and coordinating stone style and color choices, to compliment some already existing granite we wanted to keep around the tub.  In addition, the owner provided me some additional assistance and guidance regarding complimentary paint colors, and other accessory hardware issues.  After our product selection and initial estimate, a representative came out to measure and template our counter top, and then on installation day, the crew was polite, in and out quickly, the product was meticulously installed, and they left the place spotless!  We absolutely love our new bathroom, and our new counter tops beautifully compliment and flow with the new room design and the other materials, transitioning the room into a more desirable and updated look!  <br /> I know a lot of people in my neighborhood have used Marble Designs, and throughout town, and I've never heard anything other than complimentary, no matter the size, or expense of the job.  I will definitely use them for any future new build or remodel projects. <br />"

"Working with Lacey was a fantastic experience. She was always professional and payed close attention to our design vision. She completed two rooms that functioned exactly in the way we were hoping and truly represent our tastes. She also was able to make furniture options that both accommodated my very tall husband and myself which is something I have always found difficult. She worked hard to try to stay within our budget. Overall, I would highly recommend her and will want to use her services again in the future. <br />"

"<p>They were very professional and prompt and have high quality standards. unfortunately, the designer I was working with left the week they started my project, which created a few problems. (I wasn't all that pleased with her anyway.) Also, the electrician on the project became ill after almost completing the job, so there were some punch list things that were delayed. The only real problem I had was that they are used to working with people with larger budgets, and that caused a mismatch on things like materials. And there were some things they didn't consult me about -- I wouldn't have put 900 watts of under-cabinet lighting in, for example, no matter how nice it looked. (Now I'm waiting for them to invent compatible LEDs so I can use those beautiful lights.) So the customer interaction had some glitches, but the quality of the work was excellent.</p> <br />"

"Deb and Steve are THE BEST!! If you are looking for cheap and fast, go to someone else! Deb and Steve do beautiful custom wall treatments (hate to simply call it painting) and are heavily booked. They are both a delight to work with and extremely knowledgeable. <br /> Our first experience was with our Master Bedroom and we contacted them six months out. Deb brought paint boards with a variety of different textures for us to look at and to discuss what colors(s) might work best for the job. <br /> When we decided on basic color scheme, she went back to her studio and created custom color boards, so we could see more closely what the end product would be. She is always looking for new paint applications and blendings to make a truly custom finish. What we ended up with was a beautiful color scheme, using the shades of the same color on walls and ceilings. The way it all blends together is truly marvelous and three years later, we still thank our lucky stars that we ran into Deb!!! <br /> We called them back a couple of years later to craft another room. Again, Deb's ideas and special techniques brought the room to life. We had some artwork we wanted to display and she was able to choose colors that worked very well. We also had an old mirror with a gold frame that we wanted to keep and Steve was able to take the existing frame and make it a wood tone to match other woodwork in the room. he also refinished a small tale to match. <br /> They are very meticulous and work out every detail. They also came back and touched up a couple of places that were nicked. They really want the customer to be happy with the end product! <br /> Thank you Deb and Steve!!! <br />"

"Randy met with us to discuss our kitchen remodel plan. He had some great suggestions for things that could be done. The bid from Randy was very reasonable. He has a group of very good subcontractors that he uses. The painter, carpenter, and electrical subs where easy to work with and very fast and they cleaned up after they were finished. Randy was very responsive to any questions we had during the remodeling process. <br /> The remodeling took about 3 weeks from start to finish, and we are so glad we hired Randy to do the job. <br />"

"This is an upgraded review after an initial 2-star grading. Responsive customer service to issues with the purchase itself made all the difference and allowed me to keep an open mind as I continued into the installation process. Overall, other than a few "they could do this better" items, the quality, the accuracy, the value, the helpful support team, and the easy installation of my 7 motorized solar shades all point to 5 stars. We followed the measuring instructions carefully and received shades that fit each space exactly as I expected. Installation itself was easier than traditional shades using the solid brackets they provided. Questions I had during installation were answered promptly through Chat. The remote control was a bit of a challenge, so be patient if you bought a multi-channel one and have lots of shades in your room. And for some reason they don't tell you this, but you must have a remote for your motorized shades. The app alone isn't enough. Our only minor gripe is that determining how solar shades look at night was just a game of inference. It would be very helpful to have an online tool available to create your own scene, which includes shade color, indoor or outdoor, and time of day. Even samples don't help much more. Still, I'll return to them when it's time to take care of other rooms. We did this project for 2 to 3 thousand dollars less than big box store quoted us. It was a cinch."
