"Because three people came we were even more pleased with the service and price. Two focused on the upstairs, while the third cleaned the ground floor bath and dusted and vacuumed the dining room, hallway and living room. When done upstairs, all three focused on the parlor and kitchen. It was a miracle. My only feedback is that all three were short in stature and my little ladder was in use, so a few things on the ground floor on top shelves (and a couple ceiling light fixtures) weren't dusted. However, overall, it was a great result and easy to remedy."

"Am impressed w/"Two Marines Moving"!! From 1st contact thru move completion, the company & all personnel I came in contact with presented a professional organized organization. I was definitely impressed!! Even w/a short notice move window they were able to meet date requested & complete the move. One day out, rep called & went thru checklist to make sure all points & info was correct - EXCELLENT!! On move day team lead ck'd in 1st thing to confirm all details - made me aware of computer outage putting a possible glitch in day's agenda. Even though team arrived 45min later than scheduled they worked together efficiently & made the moving window(elevator res) & then delivered load on time. Load was a split delivery w/majority off loaded at a storage unit & rest at 3rd floor apt - having no elevator presented no problem!! The 3-man team worked well together under the expert leadership of team lead "Will" - they were an effective team & they presented good work ethics. I would highly recommend "Two Marines Moving" & would also recommend the move team I had - they were excellent!!!! Tks Will !!!!!"

"The initial consult was low key. Installation was smooth, on schedule and very  well done. They had to replace one of the 2 x4's that anchors the door runners.  Initially,  we were only going to replace 1 of the motors, which had stopped working entirely, but we took the advice of the salesman and replaced both, since it was only a matter of time before the other one gave out. Academy is the the only local company that works with HAAS doors and HAAS seems to be the only manufacturer that offers black doors, which was the best color for the exterior of our home. We chose to upgrade to a higher level insulation than is typical for this area and we are glad that we did because it's made a huge difference in the temperature of our laundry room and family room, which are directly off of the garage.

"The company cleaned the windows on 2 levels, as advertised for the special price.  When we initially made contact, I was informed there was an additional charge for any other windows, such as in a basement, as well as for screens and sills.  When the company representative came to give me the additional estimate, he charged the full price for the small basement windows, though they were 1/4 of the size of the regular windows on the first floor.  I agreed, though I expressed that I didn't think that was fair, given they weren't full sized windows.  In addition, it turned out that the appointment time was when the company rep. came to give an estimate, and collect payment in full.  I never saw him again.  The actual job didn't begin until several hours later (the crew had stopped to get lunch).  This was inconvenient, as I had purposely scheduled the time so I could have several hours before I had to pick up children from school.  When the crew of approximately 6 people finally arrived, they worked quickly yet sloppily.  They used newspaper to clean the windows, which was fine with me, however, I didn't appreciate the dirty fingerprints that were left on my sills and window frames, or several crumpled, soiled sheets of newspaper that I later found strewn in my yard, basement and even in my closet.  Also, they neglected to reinstall a few screens (these were left leaning against a wall in a bedroom and a closet) and scratched the kitchen window frame removing a screen.  When I showed the woman in charge of the crew that some screens weren't replaced, she quickly saw that they were, however I would have expected that there would have been a final walk-through by the crew chief.

"Their service is amazing! This is the third time they have came and cleaned my house. I'm super busy with school and work. I live in a three level townhome with two other roommates. We are all super busy so the house has no one to clean it. Each time they have cleaned it smells amazing and the ladies are super nice. They come every two weeks. I highly recommend them!!!!"
