"Hugh Keith and son are truly professional. Hugh Keith III did assessment, printed pictures on the spot, provided an exacting estimate and explained process. Hugh Keith Jr. foremaned the effort, taking the time to call, text and email situational updates. Roof was started on Monday. Upon completion of the back effort, Mr. Keith provided pictures and description of what was to follow. Front roof including slates was completed Tuesday with pictures, phone call, text and email. I was worried about them messing up my front yards or patio furniture. Not a sign of any work being done either day. In fact, they hauled away old satilitte dishes and old slate peallings that was all over the porch roof. Outstanding service. Highly recommended, especially for DC homes. Called others roofers, but Keith and Company's responsiveness and initial customer service sold me. I was not disappointed after enlisting their work. 5 year warrantee, but they told me I probably would not have to worry about the roof again and I believe them. Highly recommended."

"Pond Roofing company has an efficient streamlined process. Rep Cameron introduced me to the whole process of roof replacement with a reasonable quote. Cameron gave the comfort of trusting him with the process he detailed. Nataly Caballero, the Repair Department's Production Coordinator was excellent pre-production tasks and kept in touch me about scheduling replacement date. the roofers were punctual, hardworking and excellent. The roof shingles were finished in one day, and after couple days, the gutters were installed. The crew took great care of cleaning the site grounds thoroughly. The Project Manager came and made sure to review the site without any debris. Last but not the least. a member of the Pond team came after two weeks of installation to scan for any nails that may be there. Thank you amazing Pond Team!"

Ryan from Peak Roofing immediately put in a temporary fix on the roof and in the attic above the dining room, coordinated the roof repair, drywall and painting repair, and was present when the insurance adjuster inspected the damage. As repairs were underway and the almost inevitable hidden damages showed up, Ryan coordinated directly with the insurance company to cover the additional costs. "This work was done under warranty related to a major project R&M did in 2010.  The major hale storm in the summer of 2010 badly damaged our roof and aluminum siding.  R&M was selected to replace the roof and the siding.  The total job was in excess of $25,000; fortunately it was covered by our insurance policy.
We were very pleased by the earlier work. So, for this work I called R&M thinking we would be paying for a small project.  Kyle Hoffman, president and owner of Roofing & More, came and personally inspected the damage.  He made a video of the damage and described what needed to be done.  The video was then sent to the office via the Internet and a request was made for a technician to come as soon as one was available.  While sitting in our kitchen Kyle checked the office records via phone .  He then told us that the work was under warranty from the initial job and that there would be no cost to us.
The technician came in less than an hour, he knew exactly what to do, and he did it quickly.  He was professional and polite.
My wife and could not have been more pleased. This was exceptional service!

"Unfortunately all too often these days contractors say they guarantee their work, but they really don't.  Not Springfield Roofing and Siding.  We had Mike Bennett.  Last October we had a roof leak and had several companies come out to give us estimates.  Only a couple were honest and really went up to inspect the roof and give us their assessment.  Most of the other companies immediately said "new roof!"  But Mike took the time to explain the issue and suggest a repair.  And he and his team did it.  Well fast forward to July and we had some bad storms and some high wind that effected the roof, and we ended up with another leak.  Called Mike out to take a look, he saw that the storms did some damage to an area close by the original leak and went up and fixed it and also addressed some shingles around our chimney.  Did it that day, got it all done.  And here's the kicker - NO CHARGE!  Just fixed up and said we were all set.  We know one day our roof will need to be replaced (its well over 20 years old) and the first person we will call is Mike Bennett - because he's honest, reliable, does good work and he keeps his word!

"Extremely well. Rich is wonderful! He came right out because of impending rain. He not only replaced the dome (at a reasonable cost: for replacement part $75, for labor and "house call" $60) but he also scheduled free cleanings of my 3 Solatubes. While he was on the roof, he asked if I wanted a complimentary roof inspection performed. I had no idea how old the roof was or what the condition of the shingles were, so I agreed to the inspection. He told me I had about 5 years left on the roof. I considered that a very honest opinion as he could have told me I needed a new roof now (many other companies would have told me this in order to get me to buy a roof from them). I appreciate an honest company! And, Rich is very personable!"

"Extremely well. Workers were professional and courteous. Cleaned up extremely well. In fact came back a second day to do a second sweep that included metal detection to get all the nails. Also, they reviewed their own work and were not satisfied with the flashing installation so they came back a couple days later with new material to replace it. No additional cost to us. As far as customer service, Jerry is the best. He's always pleasant and easy going on the phone and does whatever is necessary to satisfy the customer. The guttering and fascia repair will be done soon. Emily Rinaldo, the HCR marketing rep., gave a thorough and lengthy (3 hours) presentation on every aspect of the roof. She is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The well-manned roofing team arrived on the day stated and completed most of the roofing in one day. The roofers had been trained by HCR and were not day-laborers or sub-contractors. They returned early the next morning and completed their work in a couple hours. No unpleasant surprises here! "We had Power Home Remodeling replace our roof in 2014, which had extensive mold damage. Salesmen were courteous and not pushy, and the installation went smooth as expected. With the covers we havent had to clean the gutters either. A 5 year inspection shows no water damage on the inside. Plus the house stands out on the street compared to other grey shingled roofs. This year we had windows replace in half of our home and they look pretty great.
